The staff here are friendly with a great facility and quick appointments available. However, I found the practice to be very lacking in actually being very effective, especially in light of the fact I was looking for Webster chiropractic care. My longest adjustment was about 5-10 minutes at my first appointment... and subsequent ones were literally about a minute; 2 pops you're out! At least the price is reflected in the short adjustments, but, for me, I wanted to have the full adjustment that took into account more than just popping along my spine. If you want a few pops and quick appointments, this is probably a great fit! However, if you're wanting something more comprehensive and a prenatal momma wanting the ligaments worked on, go somewhere else. read more

This was my first visit here and all the staff are super friendly. I came in with some neck pain and back pain that I have for about 10 years now. They did some quick thermal imaging to locate all the pain. Dr. Harrison did an amazing job at adjusting all the problem areas that I had. My right shoulder was slightly lower than my left side and when Dr. Harrison was examining me, he told me it was 1 inch lower. After a few adjustment I felt totally better. But what blew me away was when I got home and check the mirrors, both my shoulder were aligned. I was expecting it to see some changes but to be able to see them both align was amazing. read more

I really, really like the care they offer at New Directions. That being said it's one of the hardest chiropractic offices I've ever tried to schedule appointments with. Odd hours are not conducive to work scheduling. Don't try to schedule a day of appointment, because chances are they'll close at 12:30 or some other odd time. I use chiropractic when my body feels like it needs it, but unfortunately the inconvenience of their hours really doesn't work that way. Again, great office, Dr. Harrison is fantastic. But may only work if you're a schedule in advance type of person. read more

I tried several chiropractors in the area before I found Dr. Harrison. One I loved, but he didn't accept any insurance. Two I felt were taking advantage of my insurance by making me come in a lot (one had me coming 3 times a week!) but I wasn't seeing results. Dr. Harrison came recommended by the wife of another chiropractor (who's office was too far for me to travel) and he is awesome! He helped me in those super uncomfortable last few months of pregnancy and I give him at least partial credit for my fast and relatively easy labor. He adjusted my son on his second day of life and was so gentle. My daughter also loves getting adjusted. Dr. Harrison is hands down the best person I've ever taken my 2 year old son, Elijah, to see for care. He understands children and loves them - quirks and all. He even did my son's adjustment in their lobby while he was playing with toys and watching television! He is kind, patient, gentle and funny with Elijah along with being extremely knowledgable about his practice and sharing information with me consistently.
