I don't know how much it costs to fix purses since this is the first purse I ever had that needed to be repaired. I was happy to hear they were able to fix it, and they gave me a reasonable, non-exorbitant quote. I was amazed at how fast and reliable this place was. They did an excellent job fixing the two straps of my leather crossbody bag and fixed the magnetic button that was falling off. Bob was professional, prompt, communicative, and pricing was very fair. Our issue was ~20 wasps aggressively flying around on our front porch and we were unable to find the nest. Bra-Wey came out the very next day and was incredibly punctual. Within just 5 minutes, Bob identified that the wasp nest was likely hidden beneath some boulders and sprayed the areas where the wasps were likely hiding. He was excellent with communication, explaining to me to keep my dog away from the area and that he inserted some warning yellow flags in the ground to warn about the sprayed area. He said he would come back the following week if the wasp activity persists and was even planning on sending a worker over to weed whack the area to ensure the wasps would be eliminated.
