I met Michelle Hedinger of SellBoston while looking for a home in the competitive Boston market. I was having a hard time based on price issues, but also because I have so health issues that will only allow me to live in a specific type of housing. Michelle was the only agent I met that said: " Here is how" instead of " I can't". She is incredibly tenacious, and helped me and my husband purchase a property at an incredible price. Everyone else says it couldn't be done, and Michelle did it. We loved our home, but my husband and I decided to sell because we had been living apart from one another and we wanted to live in one home. It was very difficult of me to let go of my dream home, but Michelle made it so much easier. I was not always super helpful to her, but she did anything and everything to make things go as smoothly as possible, and get us the very best price. ( and I really mean the best price, she again exceeded our expectations) Once again, my husband and I were astounded at her skills on the way into our property, as well as on the way out of the property. Long story short: she was everything and more! She took us all over the city and surrounding towns to search for the perfect home.
