As the garage is also a primary way we access going in and out of the house I wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible. I called "Doors and More" and although Greg had a number of calls scheduled for the day, he fit me in and got us up and running again immediately (same day). I was super impressed with his work. He was knowledge, professional and courteous. He carefully sized the replacement springs to match our requirements and ensured everything was done properly. He did not just assume the broken spring that was removed was correctly sized. When I asked him about that he explained that it was not an original spring and so he always sizes what he installs himself so that he knows what is installed meets requirements. This involved weighing the door and interfacing with a sizing app to precisely match the replacement spring to what was needed. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was. If you are looking for someone to do garage door maintenance, I would highly recommend Greg.

Gave Greg the rundown and he said he could be at my place with 45 min... and he was. Pleased and impressed. After they fixed that door (and got it running better and smoother than before) they made sure the other garage door was running properly too. Springs installed safely, chain lubricated, opening and shutting smoothly and quietly. All for a very reasonable price. When it comes time to replace the garage doors entirely, I only hope Liam is still in business. Because he'll be the first one I call.

The springs they put on go for about $50 at Home Depot. Two guys there under one hour. They quoted me at $275 and somehow that bill rose to 325 by the end of the job. I just wanted the job done quick and it didn't invest a lot of time and effort but 325 to install two $50 springs under an hour labor seems very expensive. And also they did not give me any paperwork except the bill by email I'll eat this bill but I learned a lesson.
