I had New England Tree take out a number of trees and brush, including a very tall dead pine in the middle of my yard. They were conscientious in communicating with me. While doing the work they were professional, careful, and mindful of my neighbors and of the trees and plants I wanted to stay intact. We recently hired New England Tree, Co. for the removal of 7 trees. The team was very prompt, efficient and cautious. Their prices were also reasonable. There was a minor hiccup at the end of the 8-hour job where my neighbor had a complaint about tree debris that fell on their lawn and about the shifting of a piece of concrete adjacent to their lawn. NE Tree began the clean up process on that same day (as it snowed) and later returned, as promised, on a sunny day to complete it and to fix anything else that needed to be. New England did a great job for us taking down several large trees. This was somewhat complicated given the location but Sebastian and the crew did a great job to handle the challenges. The New England Tree Company did not do what they indicated they would do in the proposal. I called (Chris) at least three times and asked him to come back and finish the job and he kept on saying "yeah....when he is in the area again". I had a tree in my yard that was near high tension wires. A large limb had fallen during a storm, and I was concerned about what might happen were the rest of the tree to fall. I had a number of companies look at the tree. New England Tree Company responded quickly to my request for an estimate. They were affordable and were able to work near high tension wires. I could not remain at home on the day they removed the tree, but when I returned, there was no mess left in the yard, the tree was gone, and there were no complaints from my neighbors. i cannot say enough about New England Tree! I had a tree near the house that looked as if it would go in a strong wind. Even though they were really busy, they managed to fit me in. They got that tree down safely and quickly, despite tight quarters and lots of wires. They also trimmed back branches from a couple of other tress and took out a small tree. I thought the price was reasonable. The guys were punctual, professional and cleaned up the yard beautifully. They even cut me some of the wood for my fire pit! New England Tree Co. removed 4 trees behind my building in the area where some tree service companies would not even quote me a price due to complexity of the location. Chris gave me a fair quote, the guys showed up with the right equipment: crane, chipper, grapples to move logs. I received a delivery of wood yesterday. I asked for it to be close to the garage as that is where I keep my firewood. Chris couldn't clear the awning over the door so he backed up and dumped it in front of my (front) side door. He cleared enough wood away so he could get to the door for his money. When I said it was not safe to have that piled up in front of the door, he agreed, then scrammed out of here before I could say more. 2-25-13 New England Tree came out to our house today to prune trees that damaged from the storms we had in the past few weeks. While they were hear my wife and I decided to have some trees removed and the stumps ground. The crew was not prepared for the tree removals because we decided on the extra work after they arrived hear today. The crew was very accommodating. The foreman gave us a great price for the extra tree removal & stump grinding. The foreman left the job with another worker to get this huge crane and other equipment. Meanwhile the others on the crew started their work. By the end of the day everything was complete and cleaned up. What a fantastic job they did at great price. I also received several other quotes from other local tree companies for just the pruning of the trees and there quotes was as much as what New England Tree charged for the whole job including the tree removals and stump grinding. Phenomenal service and work. A crew of 5 came with incredible equipment (crane, bucket loader, and chipper) to remove 3 trees and prune 5 others. They were done in 3 hours, did a great job, and left everything very clean. You can't go wrong by hiring them for tree work. read more

Came home today to find Newengland Tree Company working at my neighbors house they took it upon themselves to park their trucks and equipment in the middle of the street so nobody could get up or down the street as well as use my front yard to throw all of their trash from lunch as well as all of their tools and equipment when I approached the owner he barely looked up from his phone and clearly didn't want to talk to me when I asked him about blocking the street or throwing everything in my yard with out asking when I tried to talk to him he briefly looked up from his phone and told me it's not my responsibility the customer should have told me they were coming out all he had to do was put his phone down and speak to me but he chose the low road and chose to blame someone else what do you think he would do if there was a serious problem poin the finger at someone else? I was a bit nervous about having more trees removed after a really bad experience with Tree Tech but I needed more trees down. I saw lots of signs in yards in my area for this company and figured if they didn't do a good job you wouldn't let them put up a sign. I have to say these guys were GREAT! The showed up right on time, were professional, polite and extremely hard workers. I couldn't believe all that they did in the time they were here. They clean up as they go and other than a much sunnier yard you'd never know they were here. Having tree removed isn't cheap, but I think this company gives you a fair price and does excellent work. Following the March storm of 2013 this company was hired to remove 8 large pine trees and 7 stumps from my yard in Raynham, Massachusetts. The crew did arrive as scheduled, and worked all day. Tree were down and the stumps were ground and removed. after the remaining debris was removed, it was clear that there were still large chunks of stumps remaining in 3 places in the front yard. These pieces of stump were much too large to mow over. I called Chris in April of last year and explained the problem. He said that he would come and take a look. He came the following week and spray-painted the areas with orange paint, stating that he would send a crew the following week to finish the job. No one ever came. I have called on 4 occasions this year, and have been promised each time that he would send a crew to complete the jobs. He has sent no one, and now is avoiding my calls. Please do make make the mistake of hiring this company, or trusting the owner, Chris. After paying thousands of dollars for this job, I am left with orange shards of stump sticking out of my lawn. read more
