Delivery is always fast and friendly. They have an online ordering system that lets you track your order, but in our experience, they often arrive before the system even updates--definitely a plus! For the portion sizes and quality, Hot Spot offers great value, and they always have deals and coupons available, making it even better. Inside, it's just a standard takeout place. Clean. Friendly. I was told 35 minutes which seemed long so I went just a bit early. Got there in 30 minutes and my food was ready for pickup. I have a feeling I should have gone at 20 minutes instead of 30, I think both items sat a bit longer than they needed to. The pizza was solid, nice crust and plenty of ham. The spaghetti was a bit mushy but still good. But the meatballs were banging, I wish I had ordered more! It comes with a roll, which is 2 of their garlic knots. These were also the croutons on the salad. The salad was good but they use finely sliced onions, which is a turn off for me, I prefer thicker slices on my sandwiches and salads. Nice little store with parking available and easily accessible off of edgmont ave. Store front has plenty of sodas, chips, and dessert items available. Would definitely go back when I'm in the area!

I loved the fact the owner was there to make sure good quality pizza was served to the customers. The employees give you updates on your food without asking. And the owner talked to his employees like they was human and was kind to them. The employees didn't looked all stressed out. The place is pretty clean for a pizza place. The place recently was Renovated. There is a parking lot in the back which makes its sooo easy to park. The places is pretty busy. The only downside I have to say, it calling to order. They also have different selections of sandwiches and salads. I just got a big slice of chicken, bacon and ranch pizza which was pretty fantastic. A thin airy crust and the toppings were a good proportion throughout. The cheese and pepperoni slices were good as well. I've ordered a cheese steak with BBQ sauce on meat multiple times, and each time it's not edible because the bread is super soggy, watery, and just not edible. I cannot even taste the BBQ sauce. All I see is runny cheese sauce that drips off the hoagie when I pick it up. My dog won't even eat it. What a waste of my hard earned money. The grilled chicken on the grilled chicken wrap tastes "funny" and is chewy. Unfortunately, given the multiple experiences of having bad food delivered, we will not be ordering from this place again. It was so refreshing to hear their passion and excitement for their food offerings! The owner, who was manning the pizza oven, was nice enough to let me try a fresh garlic knot which was very tasty! I went with a cheesesteak the first time which was on a fresh Amoroso roll. The sandwich came out quick and was one the of top 10 Delco cheesesteaks I have had. Light grease/clean roll, nice cheese to meat ratio, sliced meat but not chopped too fine, meat was seasoned and had nice flavor. The portion size was just right and the roll was definitely fresh. I added some hot peppers for extra flavor and kick. Second order was delivery, we had a Sicilian pizza delivered to the office. It was a solid offering. Lightly sweet sauce, fresh cheese and just the right thickness. I will have to try some of their other pizza offerings as well. Third order was a take out Cheeseburger. The 8 oz of Angus beef could have used some seasoning, but the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, hot peps, mustard and ketchup toppings helped relieve the lack of beef flavor. The brioche roll they had it on was soft, fresh and fantastic. It was big portion. They are a little out of the way for me, but worth the trip to enjoy more of their menu.
