He promised to redo it, but he never showed up again. We asked for a partial refund because we HATE what he planted and have to redo the whole yard. He promised to come back the next day, but never showed up again and kept all of our money. SCAMMER! We have no choice but to warn our community because any "good reviews" left here and on NextDoor- must be left by his relatives - which we believed. He is cocky and arrogant and he lies right to your face. We are reporting him to the Better Business Bureau, The Florida State Professional Licensing Board, and taking him to small claims court. We are also investigating his claims to being a licensed arborist - from what we can tell, he has not one clue about anything aside from how to steal money using Zelle and how to scam old people out of their retirement savings.
