It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then a day to install. They also helped install a very large barn door for an additional cost. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. You can imagine how happy I was when Interior Finishes said they could do it the same day as the cabinets. I'm absolutely THRILLED with the final result! It completely elevated the space, and it's made that area much more functional. It feels like something out of an interior design magazine. The stairs also had the carpet wrapped around the sides. Everyone else that I had spoken to about the floors either wasn't willing to fix that or only wanted to replace it with carpet which I wanted to eliminate. Sergey showed up on time, was very professional & very accommodating. With everything I showed him that others didn't want to touch his response was "we can do that!" Others wanted me to do a bunch of prep myself so I would have had to find & hire someone else to do it. Mark (the installer) was amazing! He let us know he would be coming by a couple days ahead to see what the job looked like. He was super efficient & obviously knows what he is doing. Watching him work makes you realize how skilled he is at his job. He was nice, always professional & communicated really well. Mark had to use his creative ability to do the stairs & loft in a way that worked & looked great! He is definitely the guy you would want to do your floors. As for the installation, they installed about 800 Sqft of water resistant laminate in my home. It took 2 guys in 2 days to complete my project.
