She was available a couple days later (should of been my first red flag) and hired her to come "deep" clean my home for more than others have quoted me. I assumed you pay more you get more. Unfortunately the deep clean was really just a clean. I had to show her areas that were still dirty after she was finished. It got pretty awkward as there were many spots that she and her helper missed. Eventually I just asked them to leave and gave them the payment. Certainly wasn't worth the money I paid her to clean my home. I should of known better when her schedule was so wide open. My shower glass wasn't fully clean, dust balls on my bed, dust on my doors, spots on my toilet, spots on my refrigerator, dirty shower floor, dirty spots on toilet, and other...they were here for maybe 2.5 hours (and arrived late) it came out to $100 an hour. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, but with a baby and dog, we are all prone to allergies and dust often. Upon starting I voiced out what my concerns are. I mostly just need vacuuming and dusting because I try to keep my place neat and tidy at all times. The most important areas are of course the main living room which they focused heavily on. Martina and another worker (I didn't catch her name) are the most sweetest ladies. They worked very hard and efficient to make sure that every corner/ main areas were cleaned from top to bottom. It is a little pricey for the amount of work that I need, but just needing cleaning once a month is reasonable.

She stayed for 2.5 hours and I barely notice a difference in the home. I watched her work for the majority of the cleaning, and it was pretty lazy tbh. - The blinds & windows were untouched. - The top of the stove and microwave was cleaned, but she didn't even bother opening the inside of the oven. - I told her the dishes in the dishwasher were already clean and just needed to be put away, but she ended up putting more dirty dishes in and then turned on the dishwasher (again). - She vacuumed the areas, but she didnt lift or move anything. She went AROUND the rugs (3 total), tables (2 total), and couch (1). - The mopping was slightly more lazy. She didnt even bother getting the full open areas. For 2.5 hours? I was expecting better quality... especially if I'm paying for a PROFESIONAL cleaner. The service I received was mediocre at best. My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. She's great and affordable, two things I love. I love coming home at the end of the day to a sparkling clean house.
