He had a undiagnosed issue and even though he continually complained about it, nobody paid any attention and they called him lazy and they belittled him because he couldn't do the work but here he had a compressed vertebrae with an infection in it and they expected him to do physical therapy. He was in so much pain and no one questioned they just billed the insurance company. He spent two weeks there and went downhill the whole time. No one cared! no one!

We did not receive our bill until I believe late 2024 or 2025 when I called to complain about it I was told well it's Covid. What does that have to do with you getting a out I continue to receive bills with the same dates of service on them. I believe they were for around $75 each. I paid at least six of these until I finally called Novacare and said I'm not paying anymore. The woman I spoke to said you should not get another lo and behold I get a bill for $357.64 which is basically the total amount I had already paid them $75 at a time. My husbands account was referred to Montgomery Lynch for collections. My husband is disabled so having a collection agency calling was very distressful. I called Montgomery Lynch, and explained to them that I had already made all these payments. Unfortunately, I kept some of my documentation of those and the was kind enough to take the confirmation numbers and contact Novacare who told them they had no record of the is insanity. How do I have a confirmation number and you don't have a record of the I will never use Novacare again. I don't care if I have to travel to Dayton or Kentucky beware because their billing practices are predatory and then you will be extorted by them employing a collection agency to collect money you've already paid.
