Unlike other plumbing companies in the area, New Gen did not add on any unnecessary fees or try to upsell me on work I didn't need. Hector and Sixto were very respectful, professional, and timely with their communication. When they arrived, they made sure to put on shoe covers and explained each process of the job to make sure I understood how the repair was being done. They even wanted me to test out the new spout myself before they left to make sure I was satisfied with the job. They are a relatively new company, but from how they conduct business, I expect them to be extremely successful in the future. I broke the water pipe to the master bathroom toilet and fixed it with shark bite fittings. It seemed flimsy so I called to have them inspect it. They arrived on time and were very professional. They stated that shark bite fittings are not recommended for behind the wall. They did the a great job fixing it and now I am confident it will not leak. Also they had to cut out some sheet rock to get to the pipe and did a great cutting job. It was easy for me to repair the wall. I'm going to have them come back to connect my gas range. They were the first to call and came out quickly. The team was very thorough and offered a great price for replacing my whole-house water softener. I had an emergency with my toilet with a broken flange that had to be replaced by cutting out the old one. The original was glued-in by the home builder. From start to finish they were friendly and professional. The charge for parts and labor was $290.
