I had the local sheriff's department ring my bell recently looking for a resident who had a warrant. -Maintenance takes a long time to fix anything because they are short staffed. -Management is rude and does not give a sh** about the renters. -MTAA railroad track noise is horrendous! -No one follows the rules at the pool making it unbearable to enjoy. (management sent an email but really does nothing about it) -The smell of pot smoking is constant. This is a non smoking community but management does nothing, except send an email. One positive is the location is convenient! Overall, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. This community is way overpriced!

After leaving I asked for a letter of recommendation for the new building I'm applying to live in (out of state). Kathleen was nasty for no reason and refused to give me anything, claiming it was no longer company policy to give letters of recommendation. This would be understandable except for the fact that they literally require letters from other landlords for tenants applying to live in their building. Extremely hypocritical and selfish.

The surrounding area is safe and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance. There are parks in all directions which are quiet and peaceful. Public transportation is also close by. The common areas come equipped with a pool table, gym and BBQ in the center of the building. The outdoor space is great for sunbathing and entertaining. I rarely see these areas in use and we can enjoy them to ourselves most of the time. Our car is garage-kept which is great to keep it out of the rain, snow and elements. The garbage is also indoors so no need to go outside. The neighbors are very friendly and greet you. It is a nice community. Pat was great accommodating our schedule and showing us around the unit and common areas. Our 1/1 unit is spacious with an open floor plan. The stainless steel appliances are modern and the kitchen has tons of cabinet and counter space. We were fortunate enough to secure a unit with a large 400 sq ft patio and a chic pergola. We have ample room for our couches and dining set. The walk-in closet has ample space and the bedroom is large enough for dressers and a California king size bed. We see Adrian the most around the property keeping things in order. He's very friendly and caring, always greeting us and our 5 lbs Yorkie, Rolo. In the past 7 months, we have only needed maintenance once and Keith came to the rescue immediately.
