Outdoor patio is very nice too- umbrellas if it's too sunny! Coffee is delicious, and they have gluten free bread available! I had the breakfast sandwich and California breakfast sandwiches on gluten free bread. The bread was mediocre for GF bread, but I was grateful to have the option! You can order at the counter, or scan the QR code on the table and order through the toast app. Very convenient and fast service. My only note is that the tables were consistently dirty, could be wiped down more frequently. read more

The beautiful venue and diverse food menu keep me coming back but I think I have to give up on New Holland Coffee Company. Every time I'm here, there is a serious issue with the wait times. The last time we came (with kids), one adult's breakfast came out almost immediately and the two kids meals took an additional 40 minutes. It's just far too long to wait for breakfast sandwiches with toddlers hungry and wanting to run around--I mean, I'm in my 30s and want my food faster than 40 minutes. We even saw multiple people come in after us, order the same thing, and then get their food upwards of 20-30 minutes faster. Disappointing. read more

Dropped by for a quick breakfast. We had the dogs with us so we needed a place with outdoor seating. This spot was perfect. Just note, they do not have food service for the outdoor dining. You order your food for takeout at the counter. We waited outside for our food, but didn't expect for the hostess to take it out to us. That was really nice of her to go the extra mile. The food was really good and it did not disappoint. Fantastic little spot for great coffee, food and beer. The coffee is very good and not expensive at all. The food comes only in big portions. Most people take to-go plates. I went with something on the lighter side expect for mac n' cheese bites. You can either order at the register or go to the table and scan the QR code on table. Super convenient so you can grab a table first and then decide what you eat and drink. The place is clean and airy with lots of plants which really compliments the solarium seating area. This is a wonderful coffee shop right across the street from the famed Wilbur Chocolate shop. You'll find some delicious coffee blends all at a great price point. I couldn't help but laugh since I was living in LA and ordered a small coffee at a boutique coffee shop and the price came to $7 and the coffee here, which was even better, was less than $3. My partner came later and ordered a Chai Tea Latte and loved his drink. The ambiance is perfect with plenty of seating options, hanging plants, windows surrounding the entire space and a fire place in the back to provide a totally cozy environment especially in the winter. read more

I'm glad this cafe is open till 9 PM. I was visiting my family and this is a convenient place to hang out across my hotel. A small latte is less than $4 and a large is less than $5. Stopped here on a whim for some mid-morning drinks and we loved everything about it! The decor is modern and fresh. I love the ability to either order at the register, or use the QR code on the table to order & pay. They had a very impressive menu filled with coffees, teas, specialty drinks, baked goods, bagels, breakfast sandwiches - you name it, I'm sure they have it! I went with an iced chai and added coconut flavoring to it. It was very good! I also ordered the chia pudding which came with fresh fruit on top (strawberries and blueberries), homemade granola, and honey. The table beside us had some amazing looking breakfast sandwiches. We went here for brunch again last weekend and the food was great. We got the chicken curry soup and split the grilled mozzarella sandwich. I like that you can order on the app, but we ordered at the counter because we got alcohol and the barista was very nice, even completing our order, haha. The atmosphere has been great since day one but it took them a while to dial in the food and drinks. Now we think it's much better, and quicker as well. I went to the bathroom after ordering and our food was out by the time I got back. We sat on the patio even though it was chilly, because there was good people watching and for some reason a lot of bluebirds that day, but inside is nice too. It can get busy on weekends. read more

This review is 90% about the service and the manner in which this place is run. We've been several times as we enjoy the coffee, beer, and for the most part, the food. The deck is great. The ordering process makes you fell as though we are still in the midst of a full blown pandemic. Even though they maintain a healthy number of servers, you have to order via a Toast App QR code and have your food dropped off at your table and then go inside once you realize that the food delivery doesn't include utensils or napkins. There is also an option of ordering from the counter if you don't want to use the Toast App. There are a couple of things that make this ordering process annoying. When you place your order, you are prompted to leave a tip. A tip before you even see a body?? You'll instantly realize when your food is "dropped"' on your table by the server(s) that you over tipped. No hello, no smile, no eye contact; just a "Who's having this" and they're gone. Poor training! Once you're eating, not once will you see a server come by and check to see if you need anything else or if everything is OK. And if you do want another coffee or beer, you'll have to go back into the App and start a new tab all over again...including a prompt for another tip! read more

Street parking (metered) out front. You can order from your table with QR code or order at counter. The QR interface (Toast) was smooth and easy to use. We appreciated being able to order our coffees in a mug, rather than a to go cup, since we planned to take a seat. The food was delicious, perfect portions, and came out quick. Love the food and coffee here! The best atmosphere of coffee shops around. Quick service!

The setting is beautiful. Lighting, ambiance, windows, it's all beautiful. But it's brand spankin' new, so it's got that fresh sparkle. My husband and I came in last Wednesday, and the espresso in his latte had a distinct burnt taste to it. That happens when you pour an espresso shot and it settles before it touches steamed milk (picture a pint of Guinness settling). If you pour the espresso shot into the milk before it's finished it's settling process, it doesn't get that bitter burned taste. I'm writing this in hopes that they see it and take the opportunity to improve. It's a little pricer than your chain coffee shop, so you should be able to expect a well made quality cup of coffee. Only street parking, so bring your change for the meters. Haven't tried their food or beer yet. But makes for a beautiful place to meet friends/clients, and will be great for the tourists that flood the town. Will try again in a few weeks to see if the most important part of a coffee shop is still missing the mark. Hope they don't have to just rely on their looks! read more

Food is delicious; It's a lovely restaurant. An over abundance of sunshine through the large glass windows can be a problem. Service is non-traditional which I find annoying; if you order via smartphone from your table the food will be brought to you. But if you order at the counter you have to pick it up yourself. I would prefer full service and would tip accordingly. read more

We ordered with the QR code for food and drinks. You're prompted to tip before you even see a staff member, which is strange. Our iced tea and iced latte took about 20 minutes to arrive to our table (the restaurant was not busy). My daughter ordered a wrap with avocado (up charge) that was never added to her sandwich. I ordered the ranch chicken sandwich. It was pieces, of what looked like, frozen microwaved chicken breast slices. No one provided us with utensils or napkins, no refills on drinks, no water available, no one checked on our table the entire time we were there. I have been to many of the other locations and have always enjoyed the food. I won't be back to this spot. I can't believe I spent 55$ on a very disappointing lunch. read more

My friend suggested we meet here for lunch yesterday. There is street parking but I'm unsure if there is an actual parking lot. It's a beautiful place inside and out. There's a gorgeous patio that I saw people utilizing because it was packed inside. They have a great menu offering breakfast and lunch items. When you get there, you choose a table and then either go to the register to order or scan the QR code. The one issue I saw is that the register is so close to the main entrance that it became extremely congested. The staff was so incredibly nice. Our lunches were delicious and a good size. I did find for two sandwiches and drinks that it was a bit pricier than other places in town. One issue is that no one came around to pick up dishes and I didn't see a return spot so we could do it ourselves. read more

The grilled cheese sandwich was great. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a lemonade, a bottle of, which was better than most. My granddaughter had a grilled chicken, cheese and avocado panini, which was delicious too. The interior was very nice, clean and inviting. However, if I have one complaint it would be that noise. Guys, please get your act together. Like so many new places, you are asked to take a table, scan and pay for your order from your phone. You can order from the counter if you don't have a pay app on your phone. Tables in the dining area were sitting for way too long without being cleaned up. Not sure that my bagel was all that fresh. When our food did come out, we were told that there were napkins and silverware at the counter. Like they can't maybe bring some napkins out with the meal? And it's quite loud, lots of hard surfaces to bounce the sound off of. In short, it wasn't a very welcoming experience. read more

We stopped into New Holland Coffee Co. - Lititz for breakfast and were extremely pleased. I got the BYO breakfast sandwich--the bagel was perfectly made, nice and fluffy with a crunchy exterior. My partner got the open faced salmon and said it was delicious, plus a decent sized serving. We both got the Frozen Coconut Caramel Coffee and wanted another! It was the perfect blend of coffee to sweet ratio. The Head Brewer also let my partner sample beers and was willing to spend a few minutes chatting with, which made the experience that much more special. My partner said the Coffee Porter was bold and cold--his kind of beer. The baristas were all also friendly and polite. We look forward to coming back soon. read more

I stopped at this coffee shop while passing through the Lancaster area. The coffee and breakfast cookie I had were definitely above average and normally I would recommend this establishment. However, a few hours after leaving, and over a hundred miles away, I discovered that I left my credit card at the register. Unfortunately there is no way to contact a manager by phone other than leave a message, which I did several times. Their message basically says "a manager will respond when time permits." Three days later they've yet to respond. It is astounding to me that any business could have such poor management to neglect phone calls and treat customers this way. A day later, after someone made an unauthorized charge, I cancelled my card. New Holland needs to seriously upgrade customer service. I would go to other coffee shops that care about customers. read more
