I stopped by here last Tuesday morning with my family for our morning coffee. Whenever we go on vacation, we try to visit a new coffee shop every morning, and on this day we ended up heading over to Coffee Co. We chose this spot simply because we passed it several times during our vacation, as it sits right off Route 30. I headed inside while my family stayed in the car. Although I knew the building was fairly large, I was not expecting just how many tables and seats were available. From that standpoint, it felt much more like a sit down restaurant than the coffee shop I was anticipating. That said, they did have a designated area for ordering to go, which is where I headed. After looking over their winter specials, I tried to order something with peppermint for my wife. Unfortunately, they were out of peppermint syrup, which was also what I would have ordered for myself. I ended up getting my wife an iced mocha while I went with a hot coconut latte. My coffee ended up being decent. The coconut syrup was easy to taste, but it did not overpower the coffee itself. My wife's drink looked good with whipped cream and crushed peppermint on top, as they still had that available, but she was unable to drink it due to a stomach bug. The bottom line for me is that I might head back here again in the future. While I do not know that I would go out of my way just for coffee, it seemed like a nice place for a sit down meal. read more

I had the pleasure eating at CoffeeCo. Every time I am in PA I come here to this location. The Vanilla Chai Latte is so delicious. One of the best Chai Latte I have ever had. It has the right amount of spice with the right amount of sweetness. I also ordered the French toast with mix berries. I love the batter mix they use for the French toast. I can taste the cinnamon flavor. My brother ordered the Lemon and Blueberry Pancake. He enjoyed it. It taste like a lemon cream cheese drizzle on top. My sister in law had the stuffed Croissant French toast. The Croissant was stuffed with strawberry cream cheese. They also had a Hot Mocha Amore and Hot Raspberry Romance Coffee. Everything was delicious. Our tummies were satisfied. Liliana our waitress was such a delight. She was super sweet and so pleasant. She assist us in picking food options when it came to ordering food. The vibe was great. Such a warm and friendly environment. The food is amazing and service is excellent. Wow , what a total disappointment !! We've been coming here for several years but it seems like either there's new ownership or they've gone corporate. I ordered the Lancaster breakfast which came with 2 eggs , hash browns ( very small portion now ) and 2 slices of toast that was borderline burnt and hardly buttered , I ordered a chocolate chip pancake also . My boyfriend ordered the western omelette with rye toast ( again borderline burnt marble rye ) and he was totally disappointed . The omelette was very small and very few veggies and you no longer get hash browns with your omelette... they're $2.00 extra ! Now my pancake was $5.75 and $1 extra for chocolate chips !!! Seriously ???? $6.75 for a single pancake !!! Absolutely ridiculous !! Things have definitely changed here at CoffeeCo and it's not a good change . And if subpar overpriced food wasn't bad enough , we both got food poisoning. We thought we'd go over to look around in Spirit Halloween and check out the decorations but within 10 minutes of leaving CoffeeCo we had to quickly make our way to Kohl's next door and find the restrooms . Absolutely disappointed across the board with our breakfast : - subpar food - ridiculously high prices for what we had - Food poisoning Don't get be wrong here ... we don't mind paying for quality food but what we had today was 3 strikes across the board . We went on a Sunday morning over Memorial Day weekend so Coffee Co was really busy. If u r just ordering coffee or bakery items - there is a separate line for take out. I am not a coffee/tea drinker, but there was always a line for takeout so the drinks must be great. It was a beautiful day so we would have eaten outside, but they were so busy - even the cute outdoor seating was full. This is a great place for a meal. read more

A great neighborhood vibe in a small space that packs a lot of punch. Great food, trendy coffee choices and a lovely bakery case. If I had any cons it would be that although our coffee orders came quickly they were not "wait a few minutes" for that first sip hot. Really cute little coffee/breakfast spot. There are two separate lines - one for take-out and one for eating in. I arrived around 8:30 am and I only had time to grab a coffee so I went to the takeout line. There was no wait, and the barista was patient as I quickly checked out the coffee menu posted on the wall. I opted for an iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso and while that was being made, I checked out their small case of bakery items but didn't see anything I was interested in. Talked to one of the managers and commented to him that it was obvious there was a very positive atmosphere within the business. This is a cafe with questionable priorities. Four of us went there for breakfast last Saturday. The cafe was bustling with customers and servers, and it looked promising. We placed our orders and waited ... and waited ... and waited. 35 minutes passed without seeing our orders, nor was an explanation provided by the server. Finally we got her attention and questioned why our order was still not served. Her reply, "I know." At that point, we asked to see the manager. He came to our table and informed us that there were a lot of "pick-up" orders that needed to be filled. We were astounded. Didn't the cafe's seated guests have priority with regard to orders being filled??? Apparently not. We were offered a 20% deduction from the bill and that was it. As for the food, while my table mates appeared to be fine with their orders THAT EVENTUALLY SHOWED UP, my lox and bagel was overly salty (way too many capers) and indifferently prepared. Disappointing, particularly in light of the absurd wait. A last note ... we had significantly better service at the IHOP across the road. read more

We stopped here on our way out of town and had a lovely breakfast experience last Sunday morning. We had a short wait despite it looking very,very busy. Service was fine but slow and not enough coffee refills. I had the avocado toast. It was really good! I loved the added spices to the avocado and the eggs were perfectly over easy . My son enjoyed his French toast and my dad his omelette;however, my mom said her French toast was cold. My mom liked her chai tea and coffee was ok but infrequent refills as previously mentioned. I'd possibly return if in the area,but if I'd had the same experience close to home, it'd be a no-go for a return trip. read more

I came here on a Saturday morning. I was a little hesitant because recent reviews had mentioned poor service. I am happy to report we had very good service - kind, prompt, attentive. The food and coffee were good too. I got the California Bowl and others got the Street Corn Hash and the Lancaster breakfast. We were all pleased with the food and experience. Food was pretty good however service was terrible by multiple workers. We were a party of 6 and Liliana was our waitress who took our order. Many mistakes were on that order. All problems except one were corrected after asking different workers many times. My husband ordered ham with his French toast but the ham never came even after asking multiple times to different workers. He had to go up to the counter to hunt for Liliana at the end to tell her to take the ham of the bill. Just too many mistakes and no one cares to help. read more

This review is solely based on stopping in for the first time to get an iced coffee to go. The place does have seating & a breakfast menu and on Sunday morning at 10am it was quite full. I did not have to wait to order coffee at the counter, however. The cashier was friendly and my coffee was ready in less than 3 minutes. I read some good reviews of their breakfasts, especially their avocado toast & would love to try it out if I'm back in the area. There is a large parking lot outside & some outdoor seating too. It's located next door to Tru Hilton. They had a dessert case with pies and cakes that looked scrumptious. read more

Wow. I LOVE IT HERE. The atmosphere... the servers, the food. Definitely a great experience! We usually go to the one on Lititz Pike, but honestly this one is WAY better. There is a lot more space, you dont feel like you're sitting on top of each other like the Lititz Pike location. The service is better!! AND this one has breakfast all day! The food!? I got Avocado toast, it was DELICIOUS! and the food was so fresh. The portion size of this was huge! Definitely worth it.. my fiancee got the Greek egg sandwich, the crossiant was... so buttery and flaky, it was very good! I would recommend this place to anyone! Lancaster is a nice little Amish Country to drive thru. But over the years it's expanded. Very nicely... By adding shops like the coffee company.. My new favorite coffee shop in Lancaster when visiting. Having the lemonade, hot coffee and iced coffee.. None were bad. All good and enjoyed them. The staff is very nice. We walked in at 2:45, they closed at 3. All of the chairs were up and they refused to serve us. There was no sign that said service stopped at 2:45. So we opted for seating and service was super friendly and quick. We ordered two lattes--one regular and one with almond milk and to my dismay, no latte art. But they tasted good.
