Rosie is a very upfront and transparent person, and that's what made me and my parents feel totally comfortable with them. Anyway, they a did a two-story addition on my parents' small Crafsman style home, and moved the kitchen to a different location. As a result, my parents were able to totally upgrade the new kitchen because Rosie and Pat were able to get the high-quality materials at a discount, and passed the savings on to us! I had to do a lot of the translating for my parents and come up with the new plans, so I really appreciated Rosie's resoursefullness and patience with our sloooow decision-making process, LOL.
