Had to go back six times, from trim being bent to spoiler, not completely attached to the bumper being crooked I still have massive panel gaps they painted one side of my hood, but not the other. what happened to people honoring their work and standing behind it buyers beware and now it looks like this paint won't even stay on here. If I could give 6 stars, I would…read more I had a mobile dent repair guy attempt to fix scratches someone left on my new car on the bumper and grill and he used matte black (my car is gloss black) when he told me he had the correct paint color... He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol. I perform all maintenance on our cars except the oil changes because if we sell it shows maintenance history for oil changes. That being said they kept me there for 4 hours trying to scam me into purchasing replacement parts that were already brand new and had been replaced already. One example was the battery, it was only a month old and from that point I knew they were going to keep trying to scam. Another scam they tried was charging me for a tire rotation on a Camaro which the front tires are smaller than the rear which is offset so they had to give me my money back for that and they gave me hard to about that which I would call stealing when you take money and not want to give it back. This went on for 4 hours when a had a scheduled oil change and other customers were coming and going also getting oil changes. This is the main reason why I took my wife's car for her this time so I can see the BS they try to pull with women not knowing I work on cars too. This happens at many dealers like Ford, Dodge and Chevrolet being the worst. Over the last 2 decades I have purchased a lot of cars but this is the worse experience I have ever had for just a basic oil change. Be careful out here with your hard earned money because the dealer does not work in your best interest. Be safe....

The only reason I'm giving four stars is because the text updates and everyone I spoke with said my car was on schedule to be done on Dec. 29. I called on the 28th to see what time I could pick up my car. I was told to expect a call back in an hour. I never received a call. I waited until Jan. 2 to ask when my car would be ready again and they said it was in reassembly and should be ready soon. I got a call the next day saying my car was ready. Overall, everyone I spoke to was friendly and the process was painless. I just wish there was more communication when it came to letting me know when my car would be ready. 5/5 on work done 4/5 on schedule 4/5 on customer service
