Instead of simply answering, Dustin sarcastically replied, "I don't have any you can borrow." I was confused, since I never asked to borrow one. I then picked out a funnel to purchase and returned to the register. When I asked if they accepted American Express, Dustin dismissively said, "It's a card, isn't it?" While it is a card, I asked because not all businesses accept Amex. After paying, he added another unnecessary remark: "I've never heard of anyone having a problem using a card." The entire interaction was unprofessional, condescending, and insulting. Because of this experience, I will never return to this O'Reilly location.

I purchased the tire gauge, but the prices were not the best on the wiper. The staff was helpful and asked if I needed help upon entry. Overall, exactly what I expected when I stopped here. No issues, no complaints...certainly would swing through when in need again.
