When i confronted them about it they tried telling me that they had nothing to do with it and they would give me a call about it in about 30 minutes .. no one called. long story short dont go here unless u want more problems to deal with. The cheaper route isn't the best route just go to the dealership.

I perform all maintenance on our cars except the oil changes because if we sell it shows maintenance history for oil changes. That being said they kept me there for 4 hours trying to scam me into purchasing replacement parts that were already brand new and had been replaced already. One example was the battery, it was only a month old and from that point I knew they were going to keep trying to scam. Another scam they tried was charging me for a tire rotation on a Camaro which the front tires are smaller than the rear which is offset so they had to give me my money back for that and they gave me hard to about that which I would call stealing when you take money and not want to give it back. This went on for 4 hours when a had a scheduled oil change and other customers were coming and going also getting oil changes. This is the main reason why I took my wife's car for her this time so I can see the BS they try to pull with women not knowing I work on cars too. This happens at many dealers like Ford, Dodge and Chevrolet being the worst. Over the last 2 decades I have purchased a lot of cars but this is the worse experience I have ever had for just a basic oil change. Be careful out here with your hard earned money because the dealer does not work in your best interest. Be safe....

Manny was a very respectful and friendly guy who took care of my vehicle. Even though they completed the paint correction, I now have new issues that I have just noticed since washing my vehicle 2 weeks after picking it up. Don't get me wrong, the car wash shining like it should've been when I took delivery of it, but it's the minor issue that I am left with now. After washing the vehicle and drying it down, I noticed a lot of blue marks along all 4 fenders. There's also some blue and white spots on the paint that no matter how much I washed and wiped over it, they will not come off.

Then they decide to look at the pictures and informed me that they will cannot work on it and to find a different place and immediately and the text conversation after. Essentially leaving me stranded. So I get a ride over to their place them in person what I need to do to get my car fixed. They were less concerned about helping me and concerned about Ensuring they did not admit any guilt. Essentially being defensive and protective. Rather than just seeing me as a human, it was just looking for help.

I took my black Nissan Versa Note to Wren's Collision in 2025 for a quote on a damaged passenger door that I wanted to get repaired for years. It was damaged by a concrete pole while backing out of a parking garage and unable to open due to fender damage. In 2025, I made an appointment for review and Dana provided a detailed quote with paperwork with pricing. She also helped me that day by removing a stain from a white car that hit mine while it was parked at a shopping center, since I brought that up as well when inquiring about the body repair. I did not decide to proceed with the door repair then because the cost was higher than I expected and I was not ready to pay for it out of pocket. The customer service I received was great & I said I would return when ready to pay for the passenger door repair. In March 2026, after more research, comparing the cost to buy a newer car and a pressing need to have a functional door so the car could seat four people safely before my approaching due date, I called Wren's Collision to see if they had my 2025 quote on file and to verify if they could use it to complete the repair. They were able to locate it and confirm that the pricing would be the same or less (due to part costs decreasing). My car is 10 years old now, so finding the fender and door is not so hard. I decided to proceed and I worked with Dana throughout the process. First, I paid a deposit to cover the parts on Tuesday, 3/31. She provided an estimated timing of 3 business days for the parts to arrive & about a week total to complete the job. The parts arrived by Friday, 4/3 but they were damaged so they had to reorder them from a vendor. I appreciated the transparency, even though this set my preferred timing back by a few days, but the communication was on point. The new set of parts arrived by the EOD the following Wednesday & I dropped my car off Thursday morning, 4/8. The administrative staff was friendly. I filled out paperwork, and Dana and I looked at the car to make sure the current damage was noted properly before I turned over my keys. Dana let me know she requested prioritization of the repair with the mechanics due to my circumstance and said it would be done by the end of the next week. Once my keys were turned over, I received a text from a third party associated with Wren's that provided updates on the status of the car repair progress. This was refreshing. I opted to uber home, but they work closely with Enterprise which is right next door, should you need a rental. On Tuesday afternoon, 4/14 - I received a call confirming that my car was ready for pick up. I picked it up around 5:15 PM the same day. I was AMAZED when I saw my car. Not only did the passenger door look brand new again, but they took the time to vacuum the inside of it as well, so I felt like I was driving a new car home. I am thrilled. Body work is not cheap, but it sure does feel good to get it done right after many years of riding around with visible damage and an unusable passenger side. Thank you to Dana & the staff for giving me peace of mind as I drive my car. I recommend this shop based on my overall experience.

I am sharing my experience with Wren's Collision Douglasville, Ga. Group in a factual and…read moredocumented manner as part of an ongoing consumer complaint. My vehicle, a Nissan Rogue Platinum, was involved in a collision and was towed directly to Wren's Collision Group. At the time of drop-off, I completed a walk-through/intake inspection documenting the vehicle's condition. After repairs were completed, the vehicle was released and towed back to my residence. At pickup, I did not have an opportunity to conduct a joint walk-through inspection with a representative of the shop to document the vehicle's condition at the time of release. The vehicle remained in their possession for approximately 8 weeks. During that time, communication was inconsistent and completion timelines were extended multiple times. While the collision repairs appear to have been completed, I have an unresolved concern regarding windshield damage that was not present in my intake documentation/photos prior to the vehicle being taken into their possession. Specifically, there was no red impact mark or similar windshield crack damage documented at drop-off. Upon return of the vehicle, I observed 2 impact marks and a cracked line across my windshield. A red mark/impact point on the windshield that was not reflected in my intake photos or documentation. I raised this concern with the shop, but the issue remains unresolved. I am documenting all records, including photos, invoices, and communications, and pursuing resolution through appropriate consumer protection channels, including the Georgia Attorney General's office. I am sharing this for awareness so others understand the importance of detailed documentation at both drop-off and pickup during vehicle repair processes.

He was great to work with. As for the repairs, they look amazing. You can't tell that the car ever had any issues cosmetically. The paint is blended well, the dents and scratches are completely gone. They did great work. Hopefully I never need collision repairs again, but if I do, I'll be happy to return!

The guy at the front desk told me it was going to cost $800 to fix and that I should not be driving it and to let them fix it. I called the manager this morning and he hung up in my face. They are money hunger and they damaged my car and expect me to pay top dollar's to fix it.

After several quick emails, we made plans to drive down the next day. It ended up being a 5 hour drive and we arrived around 2pm. After a test drive, we started signing all the papers. After a night in a local hotel, we picked it up the next morning and drove home. Rey made this an easy purchase, answered all our questions, and felt like a new friend when we were done. And the 2nd time , I told the lady I was in contact with about my 1st experience and that I only came back because of her, and I explained to her about the grilled from the previous experience, and she said we will take care of it. But the 2nd time was worse than the first time, they forgot to put my front plate again , and the grill, one side was done correctly and the other side was still not good, when I brought that to her attention, she said I only mentioned one side and not the other side, I told but if they removed the grill to work on it they should have done it correctly, she said is only an extra clip they added to it, like is no big deal.. and they only fixed the front bumper and the fender. And the back door was not done because she said the insurance company didn't want to pay for it because they said it was not part of the accident. She only told me this after she was done with all of the repairs that were approved by the insurance company. I asked her why didn't you tell me this prior to doing the repairs, she said because I was rushing her to get my vehicle back on the road. So decided to call the insurance company to see why they didn't approve the repair for the rear of the vehicle, they said because they didn't think it was consistent with the accident and that the shop agreed with them. I even had her to add her manager to the email between her and I, but the manager didn't add his two sense to it. And this is very disappointing from a reputable company like this. Thanks.
