I emailed Dings late on a Saturday night and Hayes immediately responded the next morning with a quote for both repairs after I emailed some pictures over. I decided to move forward with them based on their years of experience in dent removal industry. Hayes was very prompt - he showed up exactly on time, performed the repairs flawlessly, and there is zero signs that there was previous damage on either car. A second widow regulator just went out so I took it back to them and was quoted 594.82. When I asked why, I was told the price of the part had increased from $159 to $314 (in 5 months!). I went home and checked the price online (AC Delco) and it was $129. This place is a rip-off, run from here and find a business with ethics.
