It's not just me who finds PWA to be an outstanding educationally centered preschool. My friend, an elementary teacher in the area, says that children who attended PWA come into her class ready and prepared for kindergarten. In addition to the exceptional learning environment, PWA goes the extra mile to promote a clean and healthy environment. The school is very clean and all children wash their hands when they arrive at school and throughout the day. My daughter likes the food and I like the meal choices/healthy snacks. All of my daughter's teachers have been warm, organized and responsive. I can see what my daughter is learning using the school's communication app. This is a huge plus for me - her teacher uploads pictures throughout the day, we can chat and share documents digitally. My daughter wakes up and wants us to take her to school (even on the weekends). Ms. Norma-the OWNER of the daycare-is completely unprofessional , disrespectful and apparently values her bottom line more than the child. She communicated to us that she does not do behavior charts nor does she meet with parents to discuss the child's behavior. Rather, she makes spur of the moment decisions of when the child is in her words, "No longer welcome" back to the school. This was the case for us and now we are left with the burden of explaining to our daughter why she can't go to the school anymore. As a parent, if someone says that they don't want your child to return to their school, would you plead with them to reconsider with the chance that your child will be treated differently from the other kids? Apparently this was Ms. Norma's expectation as she was not too happy that we didn't beg her to keep our child in her school. She disrespected my wife over the phone and was more upset that we withdrew our child (per her request) and requested a letter -for her new school-stating that we were financially up-to-date on payments at her school. She showed her true colors and let us know what mattered to her most: THE MONEY. If your child does not have the maturity of an adult, acts their age, or has special needs, this is NOT the place for you. Terrible experience and PISS POOR communication.

She has made friends and the teachers Mrs. Tab, Angie and Delyte really care for all the toddlers with all their heart. It took a little getting used to but they have the toddlers on a great schedule and for $15 more you can get video access, which is worth it in my opinion. Especially with toddlers. Two complaints: 1) Parents who hold the doors open for other parents. There is a code in order to avoid anyone coming in. I think they should have each parents be more vigilant and send out regular reminders. We are talking about our kids here!! . 2) Snacks are not indicated in the rooms like I was told in my original agreement. I as a parent want to know what my child eats. Also, I thought snacks were included but if I don't know what you will be giving them I will ALWAYS sent her snacks. Please post snacks in room!! Thanks! As for tuition: its not cheap for 3 full days for toddlers you will pay about 820$ a month

The facilities are an environment for learning and growing from what we've seen on the initial tour. The Director Hellen is a fantastic woman with Love in her heart and without a doubt pours her heart into the business and the families it serves. Ms. Anais is a wonderful teacher and has prepared her very well for the transition to Kindergarten. Credit goes to the administration, faculty and staff for making children feel so welcome and excited to learn. Of course it was a no brainer when our second child was ready, WLA was the school for her. Once again, they proved that we had made the best choice for our girls.
