My electric bill is $85 for a 2500ft home now. My experience with Ecoview has been wonderful! Our installers were SPECTACULAR. So professional. Bagged every window to minimize construction dust in my home. Vacuumed. They installed thoroughly using the correct long screws and spray foam around every window, then trim and caulk. Didn't damage any of my stucco or drywall. My windows all work great and sit squarely. No complaints at ALL about the installation or quality. Ecoview was my lowest quote for my impact windows but had the best warranty which is why I went with them. At first, the price made me nervous but now I'm so glad I didn't waste extra money with another company. The only feedback I have is that the original estimator (owners son I believe) was young and made some unprofessional comments while he was at my house. He commented about my mattress being on the floor in my room (none of his business but I was clearly moving in- I had boxes everywhere!). I also had to call to check on the status of my windows and called again to schedule. No issues there but be sure to check on things yourself if you want them done quickly! Carlos, the owner, has been spectacular. He came out to my house and met with me before I ordered. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, not sales-y. Really had a wonderful experience working with them. Still waiting on my inspections because one window was delivered to Ecoview damaged and has to be replaced- totally understandable! Once the inspection is done, the screw holes in the photos will be covered by a trim piece. Now that Dorian is approaching, I'm relaxing while my neighbors are boarding windows! BUY THE IMPACTS!!

Clay and Sherri were excellent at coming up with a proposal that worked for us, including being creative in some of the window designs. we shopped quite a few companies and got proposals from six, and are very happy we selected certified. Their product, knowledge, professionalism, pricing, and service were all excellent. We are extremely happy with the outcome. The installation team led by Hector did an excellent job and keeping the work areas, clean and orderly, and when they left, there was no debris left behind. Heather in the office was extremely responsive whenever we had a question or concern. we had 23 windows and sliders replaced. Somewhere quite large, but everything went exactly as planned. She had other damage to deal with and since I thought we were at low risk for a storm in November, I did not prioritize roof repairs like I should have. I finally realized I better do something quickly as Hurricane Nicole was predicted to impact us. A trusted friend recommended The Roof Doctor so I called them and Paul came out that afternoon. Wind impacts were forecast to arrive within 24 hours so Paul sent a crew to replace all the missing shingles early the next morning. I don't know about you but when I have needed roof repairs, I have found it difficult to find roofers willing to work on some other roofer's poor workmanship. That wasn't the case with The Roof Doctors. Lisa in the office listened to our problem, worked with Paul to put us on the top of their list and they resolved the potential for major water damage. Hurricane Nicole winds arrived within hours of the roof repairs and the roof adhesive had not had time to fully cure and we lost some shingles again. The same day I called to report that, their crew was on the roof replacing the singles and there was no charge. Nicole also blew off the chimney cap so Paul gave us a very reasonable quote and replaced it with a stainless steel cap. He came back a couple days later to replace some flashing adhesive material. He waited until he had some left over from a freshly opened can so that he did not have to charge my aunt for that costly adhesive. He called me when he completed that job and told me there would be no bill for the flashing repairs. Paul and Lisa were both compassionate and helpful problem solvers for us. They treated a senior in our community with respectful dignity and went above and beyond to keep her water tight throughout the storms. They can't cut anything straight to save their lives whether it be soffit fascia downspouts or diverters. They've been at the house multiple times already and still can't get things correct.
