I would not recommend ever going here. I had already decided to find a new PCP after my last experience, but now due to a clerical error and inability to keep their files current I got sent to collections over the matter of a $50 bill for lab work! If they'd updated my address like I'd TOLD them to, there wouldn't have been any issue, but instead all the bills got sent somewhere I haven't lived for almost 2 years, and my credit score has been trashed. Thanks. It's not like you have multiple ways other than mail to contact me and resolve this issue. But, even if you resolve this issue, I'll never set foot in your business again. I decided to find a doctor who actually gives sound medical advice after (in May 2021) PA Shawn informed me that he only wears masks when forced to, and the masks are the things that are making everyone (presumably including the 600,000 American dead) sick. New Horizons was recommended to me by a friend a few months ago when I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease. She specifically told me about Dr. Kettle and how he wonderful he was. I had terrible luck with my primary care physicians and decided to meet with him. From the get go, Dr. Kettle was extremely kind and took the time to explain my disease to me when other doctors had not. He immediately wanted blood tests done and recommended different things I could do in order to manage what was happening. Supplements can be fairly pricey, and similar vitamins can be found elsewhere. Good options of shots, for a variety of health/wellness/weight loss needs. I really want to like this place and Mr kettle is a good injectionist. However, their billing policies are not ethical. When I arrived at the office they discussed how many units they would be giving and they told me that whatever amount was charged I would get $40 off. However, I went to pay they said that I needed to check my phone for a code. At that point they told me that I could have a coupon but it was not good until December so they were not going to give me the $40 off after all. I found this very disconcerting because at no time did they mention a coupon or a time limit; all they told me was that I would get $40 off. I pointed this out to them and basically they said well too bad. It's a shame, because I have several other procedures that I will be having done but I promise I will not go to this place they are not ethical or honest. True $40 is not a huge amount but it's the principle of the thing. I firmly believe people should stand behind what they say. read more

Wayyyy under par. It's more like a chop shop than a medical clinic. I had blood work done and I felt the needle poking me deep to the bones. I don't mind needles and I have had many venipuncture procedures done but I have never bruised from it. It's the 10th day and my arm has been turning red, purple and blue from a little bit above my wrist to almost my armpit. And I can't stretch my arm out normally, horrible bruise like I have been in a car wreck and pain. So I decided I'm never going there again. I asked for my blood work results sent to me twice and never gotten them, I had to go pick them up. To top it off, I showed my arm to the receptionist and all I got is "I am sorry". Didn't call any medical staff to look at it or ask how I am feeling, no empathy at all. They should not have medical license for treating people in such manner. I called about the HCG plan, made an appointment for HCG, during my appointment, without question, they prescribe adapex, water pills, and adaptenall - (I'm no pharmacist, so - ok, I guess...) they charged me $260. I gained a pound a week for 2 weeks! Called the office to find out why I wasn't given HCG..they blamed ME!!! for not telling them at the fron desk that I had made an appointment FOR HCG! That was all that I had discussed when I called and set up my appointment!!! Somehow - this is my mistake. "I should have told them it was for HCG"...Why didn't they note that on the appointment??? Why wasn't there a question on the paperwork they had me fill out? Why didn't THEY ASK ME??? So I'm gaining weight instead of losing it- apply some of what I paid towards switching the plan over to HCG?...they say NO! I will need to pay full price AGAIN! Bogus Scammers. Finally when I asked who was I waiting to see and why was I waiting for over an hour, I was told the Doctor was with a patient and he would be a little longer. Did I want to continue waiting or reschedule? Needless to say I did not wait any longer and I will not be rescheduling ever. This facility is a joke! My husband and I needed to have physicals and blood work done for our insurance and we needed a place that was open on Saturdays, so our options were very limited, but I will NEVER use this facility again! Apparently, they don't test lab specimens onsite and they have to send them to an offsite lab. Well, for a couple blood tests and urine tests, we ended with over $10,000 in lab bills between the two of us and THREE different labs, some of which are out-of-network with our insurance. Initially, all SIX lab claims were denied and they are now trying to reprocess them, however even if these claims do get paid by the insurance, they will only be paid at usual and customary rates and depending on in-network and out-of-network benefits. All of this to get $300 back from our insurance company...well, we can kiss that goodbye because now we owe these labs a crap load of money and I don't understand why???? This facility is the biggest rip off I've ever encountered in the medical field and I'm not even convinced they are a legitimate medical facility. Its a "wellness center", not a medical clinic!!! Please stay far away from this place!! read more
