Before the procedure, she thoroughly went over aftercare and answered any questions I had. Perhaps most importantly, while sketching my brows, she was sure to make sure they were perfect and that I, not liked them, but LOVED them. During the procedure, she made sure that I had access to a mirror and asked if I saw any imperfections that I wanted altered. She was completely unphased by my desire for an additional stroke here or there, something my previous artist did not appreciate. She really makes the experience a collaborative effort.
