Disappointed…read more.. First visit to Sunrise seemed pretty great! Everyone was polite, they were pretty quick, had lots of fancy tools. Told me teeth looked awesome, no cavities, healthy, etc. However healthy, still quick to give me an estimate for work I "need" done. Over $2,500 ok sure. A fight for another day. Really good about explaining each charge for the estimate, & what parts insurance would pay & what parts I would pay out of pocket for. Quick to reschedule me 6 months out. Hey! Even got a nice free "Sunrise Dental" shirt so I can advertise for them . However, 2-3 months later, I get a text that I owe them? $65. I reply asking for details & they explain office policy, etc. nothing can be done about 2 full mouth x-rays. Just a coin flip whether insurance pays or not. Unfortunately, this time the customer will have to pay. 3-4 years at my previous dentist & not once did I ever have to pay out of pocket for a normal service/cleaning/xray. I really wish I would've have been warned or offered the option before they just sent a bunch of unnecessary charges at my insurance just to see what would stick, & leave me with the remainder. I pay a decent amount of money through my employer to have nice dental insurance, & this really just feels predatory in my opinion. Really disappointed with Sunrise for this, especially with so many great reviews. Surprised I have not seen another complaint about it. TLDR - Due to unmentioned (& what I (& my insurance) believe is unnecessary) fees. I am now being asked to pay out of pocket. I was not warned or given an option. This feels predatory. My wife & I will be driving across town to our previous dentists. Quite disappointing.

Throughout treatment, I repeatedly raised concerns about discomfort and changes in my bite, but my concerns were dismissed. I am now dealing with jaw pain that I never experienced before starting treatment. I wish I had never gone in for a treatment because now I'm stuck with this pain. I would definitely consider other options before committing to treatment here.

I've had TADS, an expose and bond surgery, many teeth pulled, so on, and every time they have checked on me, always communicate what we're about to do, have even given me Tylenol immediately after we pull another link in my chain. I was referred to this office by my good friend and my now fiance who had both had good experiences here. I went in as someone who had what others might describe as 'mildly crooked teeth'. Once I walked into the office for the first time, I remember being greeted by Colleen, the receptionist with the most perfect teeth!! She was so warm and welcoming right off the bat and her teeth were like a walking advertisement. Seriously, they're perfect. I immediately felt a little more comfortable and sure about my decision. Then, I got to meet Dr. Moran and his wife Pam who felt like family right away. They took the time to not only ask questions about my teeth but about me too and they were genuinely curious. So, we setup my appointment to get my top braces placed and we were off and running. I was expected to have braces for two years and ended up getting them off after about a year and a half which was great. During that time, Dr. Moran and Pam sent out a letter that they would be spending more time at home and a new Dr. would be joining the office. Not gonna lie I was a little nervous because the experience I'd already had was so good that I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Zinn came in and it was like nothing had changed, she is so sweet and caring. Also I have to thank the staff here too, Stephanie, Marcie, Liz and Jordan. I wouldn't have the smile I have today without all of you, thank you! And thank you to Christian, who was there to go to bat for me with my stubborn insurance that didn't want to follow through with their portion of payments. She was so persistent, even after my insurance had denied the claim a few times. The experience of getting braces is unique because it gives you a chance to get to know the staff over a period of a couple of years since you come in about once a month. I had a great experience and I'm so happy with my results.

Dr. Zinn is very lovely and she was able to help me through the process very quickly. I literally got there, had them take make my impressions for the retainer and came back the next week to pick them up! Since the Covid-19 pandemic is still going on everyone in their staff took the necessary precautions. The girls at the front desk wore masks and took my temperature as I walked in the door. When they were ready for me in the back they had me wash my hands before being seen. (: Everyone working there was very friendly, professional and the office was kept very clean. I appreciated getting email and phone reminders of my upcoming appointment as well and there's even a cool old school Nintendo N64 gaming system in their waiting area! 10/10 would recommend them and will be coming back here in the future.

I would not recommend Dr. Michael Moore, Share More Smiles Litchfield Park office…read more All medical professionals have an obligation to take responsibility for the decisions they make in their craft/work during the care of a patient. Dr. Moore defaults to the patient to verify if they feel happy with his results and if not, treatment can be continued. He cannot determine if he himself is done therefore there is no end date with him or until the Invisalign warranty lapses. I would not want to tell my dentist; your root canal needs more work. I had metal braces as a child and knew the process. I had the worst teeth as a child and was resolved in two years. I asked Dr. Moore if Invisalign could help turn ONE tooth since it was at an angle 5/2023. The rest of my teeth were fine. One year later, he told me my teeth looked okay but it is up to me if I wished to continue. The one tooth never moved. I told him he needed to continue with the one tooth. It was just more of that. On 3/2025 I had major surgery. I asked the office manager about the consequences of stopping. She said I was fine, Invisalign offers a grace period for a certain time. I was out for 5 weeks for recovery. The office manager helped me when the appliance was digging into my guns. She filed them down as if it were routine for her. Dr. Moore always ending if you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. I told him about the appliance digging into my gums and his reply was I never heard that you are the first. Other times he would shrug his shoulders without having an answer to a question as if I do not know. When I came back the office manager had been fired, therefore my grace period now became a cost of half the original cost TO CONTINUE ON THE SAME TOOTH? I got no call back from Invisalign themselves. Web is more to sell than to help. I pushed back and he reduced it to a ¼ of the cost. I took the penalty because I did not want to start over elsewhere. My tooth started moving 10/2025 in 4 weeks. This meant I could have been done a long time ago. Dr. Moore had a family emergency at the end of 2025. I now believe sold his practice to another orthodontist who I felt is more confident than Dr. Moore. Dr. Moore was reducing the brackets, now the new orthodontist (not under Share More Smiles but the same office) has added more brackets to help the one tooth move. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Dr. Moore. I could not wait to be done. He did not send a treatment plan to Invisalign 12/2025 and my final trays never came in. I had to wait a total of 3 months for the new doctor to send a plan and order more trays. I waited longer than my surgery time. I also bite my left cheek when I eat and my front tooth is hitting against the bottom tooth. It was pushed too far back. Invisalign is not for everything or everyone. They are only as good as the doctor.
