Every time after that I felt I was inconveniencing the owner to start the tanning bed for me. She was always rude to the point she barely acknowledged me. Don't offer tanning if it doesn't make you enough money to care about your customers. The first time I made an appointment because it was necessary due to covid no one was even there. I waited 30 minutes then left. She gave me an extra session to make up for it but it just dragged out my time there and I'm glad I'm done now. They do not enforce the handicap parking law. For a while I did not say anything, but, when three times in a row, I watched as others take parking spots I needed I got frustrated. I even had multiple conversations with the same person about the situation. Not a single employee gives a crap about their disabled patrons. Their suggestion was for me to contact their landlord. Me. Because now that's my job too? I'm very frustrated by their lack of compassion and desire to uphold the law. I cannot recommend that you frequent this place if you have mobility issues and no one to drop you off at the door.
