It was a little unsettling to hear the server say "again?!?!!", but he promptly took it away, replaced it, and comped my meal. Despite the slight hiccup, I still enjoy this place. And I appreciate the good service. The portions are huge so it's better to share with someone or plan on taking leftovers. I like their mantoo and their kubli pulao. If you're with a group of people, it looked like the family meals were the best value. The parking lot is small, so plan on parking on a side street if the spaces are all taken. What I love about middle eastern food is that it is so fragrant and a full scale sensory overload. It looks, smells and tastes all at once. Khadija was adorable and very outgoing. I was super impressed by the whole vibe. All of the other patrons were probably far more familiar with the cuisine, but we felt welcome and were so honored that they presented something off the menu for me. It was also very delicious. Fresh quality ingredients and it held flavor. The customer service was amazing. I had an opportunity to meet the owner and his dad. They run this business together. I love that it's small, family owned, and operated.
