He listened to every single concern we had and within a few minutes had an idea of what was going on and was getting referrals ready for specialists for us. We felt so heard and understood. They are following COVID precautions so you have to wear a mask which was fine. They also have Sunday sick hours which is super helpful so you don't have to go to an urgent care. When we arrived, we called them and were told to wait in the car and they would call when our room was ready. They called right on time and we had a great appointment with Dr. Gibson and her nurse. We absolutely love this pair and hope that they will be in practice throughout our son's entire pediatric journey. Dr. Gibson spends so much quality time with her patients. This time, she sat down with us, asked my son questions, played with him, and got a great sense of his development. She is so reassuring and gives great insight when you ask questions. The negative reviews are true. Please consider looking into a different family practice.
