The office is very clean and well organized. I called before I was to give birth and the staff was wonderful in answering any questions and concerns that I had before setting the initial appointment for our son. I have Dr. Rowe for my newborn and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the doctor, staff, office, and experience. They have three locations and I would recommend looking up the website to see if they are near you and the doctor that you would want. Please keep in mind that if you do not have an appointment, there may be a chance that you will not get your doctor. It may be a different doctor that is working that shift and they will take care of you (I've experienced this when I was with my sister and her son when he got sick with the flu). What made me decide this place for my newborn, aside from the positive references and experience, is that they also provide weekend hours at one of their locations in case of emergencies. As a first time parent, I found this to be extremely important for me.

They follow the APA guidelines for vaccines and are not a vaccine optional practice. The front desk staff and the NP's are lovely and very nice. The downside? Dr. Harrington. She has absolutely horrible beside manner. She is condescending and I have not once had an interaction with her where she has not talked down to me. And talked down to me about the dumbest things. She speaks to me like I am a teenager who has no idea what they're doing. All of this is completely unsolicited and unwarranted. The NP's don't address me like she does. I don't know why she works with children because she ignores them and talks like they aren't there.

He won't harangue you about things, but he's explicitly clear about instructions and risk factors. Definitely a confidence builder to have a physician like this. We feel better when we leave, and apart from the two shots so far, our daughter loves him.
