The carpenter came and made some adjustments (I replaced a few cabinets) while he took measurements. Jose did the bulk of the work on the refacing; he came early in the morning and worked hard all day. All of the individual contractors came to help with the countertops, backsplash and plumbing within a few weeks of the kitchen start. I was really without my kitchen for only 2 weeks. I was prepared for a much longer process and in full transparency, I do have a small kitchen. I am in love with my kitchen. It is bright and airy, and looks amazing. They were patient with us and the process (after we fired our first contractor for leaving an open gas line after demolition, not getting permits, and other issues). Kyle and Kornel collaborated with the new contractor, measured, re-measured and measured again to make sure everything was perfect. And it is! We have a small kitchen, but they made us feel as if we were their biggest and most important customer, kind and super responsive. Even after the job was finished and fully paid for, they came back to address a small issue to limit a cabinet from hitting another cabinet adjacent to it when we opened it. I sent her follow up emails with multiple pictures and design ideas I wanted to incorporate. She said she would follow up within 2 weeks. Now, 2 months later- nothing. I have sent follow up emails to the PM, called the PMs cell phone as well as the main business number leaving voicemails. No return calls or emails. Even a short message saying they are too busy to take on new projects would have been well received. Why even come over to my house to NOT give me a quote or follow up with me again?? Will not be working with this company or recommending them to anyone.
