They have an outstanding showroom with variety of kitchen cabinetry from Italy. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I think that everybody will find the cabinets they like in Avanti collection! It was proven hard to find the cabinets per our taste with clean modern design until we found Avanti. Avanti offers a variety of modern and transitional kitchen cabinet designs with many different finishes available. You can chose from vary fancy cabinets (for example, we love our fabulous and super convenient 'Lazy Susan' and the cabinet that slides out in its entirety where you can see everything that is on its shelves) to more transitional cabinets with shelves and / or sliding drawers. All cabinets are masterfully crafted, well adjusted, and have sliding doors and drawers (no more slamming). If needed, you can order customized cabinets to fit your space. Avanti team was very helpful through out the entire process starting from the initial design till the kitchen was ready. They were very professional and got the job done on time. Avanti team made themselves available every time we asked for a consultation or were uncertain of a choice previously made. They went above and beyond with assisting us, including providing the general contractor to do the job and helping to find the sink, handles, countertops, etc. When all was ready and I decided that I want 2 additional sliding drawers, this request was immediately accommodated, and Avanti personnel even installed them for us (what a great bonus and so nicely done!). Few tips to the newbies like us when you decide to do this major renovation... Think through what is important to you and make sure to vocalize it during the design! At the end of the day it will be your kitchen to enjoy and it should both look great and be convenient for use. Ideally consult with your general contractor before you order the cabinets to have the options in case you have some pipes that can't be hidden or some outlets that potentially may stay on the way to complete the back splash at the end of the countertop. It is vital that you understand and like the proposed layout. All problems are solvable if asked and addressed at design time. The team was very knowledgeable and patient while dealing with our indecisive decision making process. Highly recommend Avanti for cabinetry. We visited many design stores before selecting Avanti to fabricate and install new cabinets in our loft. The selection was based on their ability to provide quality Italian cabinets (and installation) at competitive prices. They also have a wide variety of cabinets, from traditional to modern. Vicky and Igor were quite helpful in the upfront design process, and kept us updated on fabrication and delivery progress. Installation (handled by Mike) was smooth. Mike patiently reviewed each door and box with us to ensure everything was property aligned and working perfectly. Two of the panels has chips/blemishes upon delivery. After emailing a photo to Vicky, she promptly ordered new panels, no fuss at all. We will likely purchase additional cabinetry from Avanti for the bathrooms and wetbar. read more

Our first exposure to Avanti's cabinets was when we visited a friend's house who had recently completed their kitchen. The cabinets were unique compared to what is commonly seen in all other showrooms. We decided to visit the Avanti Kitchen Gallery and were greeted by Igor who became our designer, support system and friend. It didn't take us long to pick out our cabinets, countertops, chairs and table since their product was extraordinary and we were able to immediately envision it our home. We were given a timeline of 3 weeks for complete installation including the countertops after the cabinets were delivered. Friends who had remodeled their kitchen told us it would be impossible and it would take months to complete the job. However, in our case, Vicky, a co-owner of Avanti, delivered her promise to the day! We cannot be more pleased with how our kitchen has transformed into a beautiful workable space with a designer look. We appreciate how the staff at Avanti who went out of their way to fulfill our needs with patience and understanding during this process. read more

We purchased bathroom furniture for our 2 upstairs bathrooms from Avanti in 2017. I can't call it 'vanity' because it is so much more than that. The furniture sets we designed included hanging and floor cabinetry as well as vanities. Once installed, it looks way more beautiful than I ever imagined. And you can truly see Italian quality in everything - from how it looks to how the doors operate. Vicky was great to work with - very patient and supportive and always listening and trying to find ways to help us find what we were looking for. Everyone at Avanti we dealt with during this process was knowledgeable, talented and professional. I love our new bathrooms and can't wait until 2018, when we will begin designing my new kitchen with Vicky. I was lucky to find Avanti. read more

Ok so below is my original post from 2 months ago.....after posting that review the owner Gene Rezkin and his wife Vicki called me asking me to remove or edit/ change my post if they promised to replace the damaged cabinetry and bathroom vanities that I paid over $40k for....imagine they were going to do me that favor! So here it I will edit Original post. After 3 months of begging, calling, emailing, and reasoning, AVANTI GALLERY finally replaced my missing and damaged cabinetry and bathroom vanities for the products I pre paid for months ago and were damaged and missing by no fault of my own....so yes i got my goods....but by the way they tried to hold me hostage for several more thousands of Dillard's to reinstall cabinetry they screwed up the first time's I have kept my word ( almost as badly as they did....I edited my original post).... They have great product but beware...NEVER NEVER EVER PAY A COMPANY ALL THE MONEY UPFRONT BRFORE INSTALLATION! YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO GET RIPPED OFF.... ...POST FROM NOVEMBER 2012....Do not do business with this company. i ordered an entire kitchen of cabinetry, they took a 25% deposit and when cabinets came in they demanded full payment before they would offload truck and install....all the while knowing many pieces were missing and damaged...have been waiting weeks for replacement of missing cabinetry and damaged doors and they do not return calls or respond to requests for help. I spoke to owners Gene and Vicky Rezvin and they make promises but just do not deliver or keep their word...BEWARE STAY AWAY. read more

This is a review of an experience with Avanti Gallery from 2010 that ran afoul of Yelp terms of services due to mistakenly double posting it to their old location. I have been asked by several Yelpers that saw the "removed" indicator since then and wanted to know what the issue was. The brief summary is that I was charged a large fee for scuffing a sample tile for a kitchen they were going to design. I didn't go with them and I'll leave the review at these statements of fact in case it helps others. read more

I highly recommend Gene and Vicki and Avanti cabinetry. I used them in the beginning in 1999 and have just come back to them for a bathroom remodel. I find the professionalism, price sensitivity, follow up and the personalities of the owners make this the preeminent cabinet company on the North Shore; (a very demanding populace as evident by the one customer who I believe has very wrongly sought to misuse Yelp to attack). I had them create my entire kitchen and a specialty cabinet work. I have received nothing but compliments and the entire cabinetry works today as it did then and has held up beautifully. I used an African birds eye maple and was warned that there could be a matching issue. Two of the cabinets arrived with a different grain pattern and they ordered replacements which were not easy to match. Truly went the extra yard to make it all work. read more

As a follow up to my yelp review, started having an issue with my kitchen cabinets after about a year and a half. I called Avanti and they come out to access the issue. They agreed to take several cabinet doors back and refinish them at no cost. They returned them in a timely fashion and they look fantastic. I recently re-did my home office with the Avanti cabinetry. It turned out beautiful and I'm so happy I went with these cabinets. I got the Italian Line. It looks totally different but still very fresh and updated. My space is not only functional now but looks like a million bucks!! :) The designers were very helpful and gave me ideas that saved me money and gave me more functional space! We couldn't agree more than with the person who made the previous bad but honest post. Without getting into details too excruciating to relive, it was a nightmare to deal with the owners Gene & Vicki as they only yell at a prepaid customer vs converse. They take months to deliver on promises (and not all promises kept). We had to call them constantly to get what we paid for. They make a customer feel like the one inconveniencing them. They only deliver cabinets after paid in full including installation then fail when time to install. The cabinets themselves are beautiful but caution on dealing with people who have 2 very bad reviews. FYI, our cabinets were 2x what the other poster mentioned and still very bad service. I highly recommend Avanti Gallery for cabinetry. We used them in 2013 for new construction in a 4,000+ square foot condo downtown. Avanti designed our kitchen, bar area, great room console & 4 bathrooms. The cabinetry is beautiful, the kitchen design works really well & we always get compliments from guests on the whole look. We found Gene & Vicki very responsive to any concerns we had & they were committed to making us happy. The Italian Arrex line has a great contemporary look & the price is very reasonable. I wish that there were a few more custom inserts for the drawers & interior cabinets but nothing that would make it worth spending double or more. I recently ordered additional cabinets for the library & Vicki & Igor were very detailed in drawing up plans to make sure I got what I wanted. Igor came to the condo to measure & discuss options. I love my kitchen & am very happy with all of the cabinetry in the house. I think that Avanti offers a great look for a reasonable price & they are nice to work with. read more

I decided to remodel my kitchen after 5 years of living in my house. The remodel was way overdue. My friend recommended Avanti Gallery because she worked with them on her kitchen and was very pleased. Their showroom has such a great variety of products it was difficult for me to choose exactly what I wanted. Gene, the owner, spent countless hours with me designing and redesigning the layout. He was very patient with me, knowledgeable of the product, and most importantly didn't push me (I hate being pressured by sales people). Although I ended up paying more than I initially budgeted, the cabinetry was delivered and installed on time, as promised, and I could not be happier. We went to several kitchen design centers looking for the kitchen look we desired. When we found Avanti, from the cabinet selection we knew we were at the right place. What we didn't realize was how far beyond expectations they would take their customer service and skill in kitchen design. We had no idea our kitchen could be floor planned and designed as well as they proved possible. They were able to change the floor plan in our small condo to maximize the use and the views from our windows. Not only did they design a kitchen that was AMAZING, but they helped find the best tile, hardware, appliances, etc to really make the room look perfect. Well above and beyond expectation!!! I bought my kitchen from Avanti Gallery. The minute my husband and I saw the cabinet we loved it right away. It is GIOIA kitchen in dark brown ash wood. We knew that this is kitchen we were looking for. I was contemplating a lot about the design as I really don't like upper corner cabinets. Vicky came to the rescue and suggested a great idea of stacking two cabinets on top of each other. It looks perfect! We always get so many compliments by people who come to our house. The cabinets were delivered as promised and we had no issues. The kitchen designer from Avanti came to our house several times to make sure that measurements were accurate. You really need to visit the store to appreciate the quality and elegance of all their cabinetry. read more
