She came out of nowhere" not once did she speak to me, she just walked away. I was taken back. I politely stated who my service was with and that I was ready to check out. Once my stylist came up she was able to get the other girl to check me out. I still paid my service, tipped my stylist because I was happy with her service just completely disappointed and disturbed by the front desk. I went back on here and saw some other clients have stated the same issue.

When I complained to the owner who had cut my daughters hair, all she said was come back in and I'll fix it. You can't fix something you chopped up! The least, and I mean the very least you could have done was refund the money.
