An older foreign lady did my hair, I can't remember her name because I will not be coming back, but I asked for a small fringe of layers at the bottom of my hair and some long curtain bangs, and she botched it and gave me a whole wolf cut. I didn't ask for it but it was already too late by the time she started cutting it. As she was cutting it I kept telling her "please don't cut it too short or too much" and she just kept rudely telling me "this is long layers, maam" (which I did not ask for) and she ruined my long hair!! It looks so short now and I hate it. Come here for a trim but I wouldn't get styled here. I'm chillin tho and I'm not gonna mess with them abt it because a lot of my hair was dead at the ends from dye anyways, i probably needed it. But it's still messed up to just do whatever you want to someone's hair, I feel like it's borderline abuse. She cut off 3 inches instead of 1 which is what I asked for. WAAAY too much. 2nd pic is my long hair and the first is the very short cut she gave me. They were also very rude and bland and brushed me off a lot. Did I mention the moment I walked in, they were doing someone's hair already and only had one hairdresser, so they made me wait 30 minutes before I could even get my cut. read more

These ladies are eyebrow magicians! My puny little forehead warmers can't wait to try a more permanent fix, but for now I always try to remind myself to stop here whenever I'm near Humble because for $5.99 it's an absolute bargain to have waxing and/or threading done! The women are all nice and do a fantastic job. I'm always shocked at how great my brows look when I leave and I really appreciate the value. Thanks, cya in a few weeks! read more

This place is happenin! I went on a wednesday after work around 4pm. Apparently 4 pm is the time to get all your beauty needs done. I waited a little bit for eyebrow threading, but not too long to leave. I don't know why it is, but lately everytime I go to a place to get my eyebrows threaded and I tell them that I like my general shape of my eyebrows and just need a few errant strands gone and cleaned up, they make my eyebrows super thin. I don't like that. In addition, the lady I had didn't respond to me when I was talking to her, didn't look me in the eye, and didn't look happy. If you're having a bad day, that's fine. Just please don't take it out on my eyebrows. Cheap, but service and the state of my brows has me not wanting to come by for awhile. read more

I'm not sure why people who don't want to work work here. They're rude and get mad when you show them all the hairs you've missed while threading. Then when you point them out they say "I can't see the hair".... umm isn't that your job? And they wonder why they don't get tipped. A note to the manager: you have a lot of potential in the industry and market you're in but you won't last if you're employees don't have customer service skills. read more

Rude staff. I've been here twice with two different people and the staff looks at you in a rude way and are not engaging to the customer.

I've only recently started doing my eyebrows EVER because I always feared someone messing them up,I also didn't enjoy the idea of paying so much. First time I went I got my whole face done, all for 25! Then later got my eyebrows done for 5! They cleaned up my eyebrows so good! Would definitely be coming here more often! read more

I came here once before and went to a lady (can't remember name) and I did not like the outcome. Went again almost a month later to give them one more shot and a woman named Seema did my brows and they are perfect! I will only be going to her from now on. It's a hit or miss with the threading, just have to find the right person. read more

I went from waxing to threading and I love this place! I was scared at first but the lady was really nice and helped me calm my nerves. The salon itself is nothing special, but it's conveniently located by my job and house so waiting time doesn't take long. All the ladies there have done a wonderful job so far. Best thing? THIS PLACE BEATS BROW BAR!!! I have two eyebrow places. This is one of them. I started coming here in high school with my best friend and haven't stopped coming since. They also do hair cuts and color. Only $5 threading and each of the girls is AMAZING at cleaning up your brows. Don't underestimate this place, it's absolutely worth your time! read more

I only came here bc of Seema. She is amazing at doing eyebrows and so sweet, unlike the rest of the ladies that work here. She hasn't been there for the past few months, and I found out she now works at Zara's salon 5 minutes away(7031 FM 1960 Rd. W Humble, Texas 77338) I agree with most of the other reviewers here, the people that work here are so rude and make you feel like an inconvenience. So I'm glad I won't have to go back there again!! For eyebrows, I would definitely recommend going to Zaras's and asking for Seema! read more

Had never been to this place and glad I have it a shot. Went and got my hair dyed and cut by Mrs. Rosie. She is awesome, very kond, honest and very busy. My hair was many colors due to highlights awhile back and then me trying to cover up with box color dyes. She was able to get it to one color that I loved. Made the time go by fast too with her chit chat. The place is busy and great job on eyebrow threading as well. read more

I was coming here for 2 year but then the lady i was going to would only come certain days and i was heading to a wedding so i needed them done so i had another lady do them for me and she messed up my eyebrows so bad that till this day they're still a bit messed up not as bad as it was year ago as i'm now going to Sonny's and taniya has helped me a lot on fixing them. read more

Fast, cheap and great eyebrow threading! It's only $5 and they do a great job. I only had one lady one time (the owner on the front right corner) that left my eyebrows a little more pointy at the arch, which u didn't like, but other than that everyone I have sat with does great! This same owner one time waxed my underarms and burned me, so for that service I don't recommend. They also do hair which I've never seen the end results so I dont know how their work is on that. read more

I used to like going there to get eyebrows done but Sonny is no longer there and the new girls don't get it right they always make them to thin. Previously I had my hair colored and highlights I was very unsatisfied with the end results. The hairdresser Rose doesn't take into consideration anything you have to say. If you ask to go lighter with your hair color you shouldn't have to explain to them that black color hair does not mean lighter. Save you a trip and your money and go somewhere else where they speak and understand english and listen to what you actually want done. read more
