They first focused on troubleshooting the phone landline and ports and found various fixes that needed to be made including up on the roof at the entry point of the phone service line. Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. This project required all day, he worked hard on it and it was more difficult than he anticipated, somewhat due to his approach. When he left for the evening, the project was not complete, but we agreed he would return to complete the job.....But, he never did. I called him several times and attempted to schedule a follow-up to complete the work, but he could not find a date that worked for him. He stated he had other jobs to do. I am very disappointed that Joe did not compete the job or follow up with an attempt to complete it. I finally got tired of calling him to schedule. The work that was completed is substandard and I am left with the problem of getting the job done another way.

We went with seven cameras and a skybell doorbell, just like a ring doorbell but interfaces with a home protection system. We had an existing home protection system andd Robert quoted us on replacing it with his company's. They used all my existing motion and door sensors and added two glass breakage sensors. Replaced the controller. In addition to installing the seven cameras they also mounted a 43" monitor. The install was mostly done by Clay, Bill and Kyler. Robert was there off and on and did advise and do some hands on as well. Great job on the install, very clean and the wires hidden as much as possible. Looked very professional and I am very picky. The integration of the two alarm systems had some bugs but that would be expected and Robert worked them out quickly. I definitely recommend Robert and ASAP Security.
