I 100% left looking worse than when I went in. I wouldn't have written a review like this except that it's been five days and they didn't even bother to respond to my email.

And also re-told them when I was there seconds before the wax even touched my skin. I wanted the ends completely left alone because they were already pretty thin by themselves. The middle between my eyebrows was no hair, hardly ANY peach fuzz at all. Well, it was the middle and the ends that got waxed and now I have TWO LINES straight across and down rather than a beautiful arch. /-- --\ they look like this!!!! I'm so upset. Then, also, I was being stared at while using my debit card and I felt like I HAD to give a tip. I gave the lowest amount on the screen but didn't even want to pay anything because it was 100% opposite of what I asked for. I will never again trust someone to do what I am wanting done when I can just do it myself. This is ridiculous.

The cheap dye got everywhere and she scrubbed it off until the top layer of skin was gone. I have scabbing starting. I can't even colour correct the brows because of how damaged my skin now is. I also had a lash perm and because of all the water and scrubbing it only 1/2 took. They still charged me $110 when I spoke up and asked why they were charging me for a service that went so very wrong they reduced it to $90. I left there really upset and in a lot of pain. No apologies. They tried to make it my fault by saying I must have moved around while the dye was on. I have had my brows tinted plenty of times and never had it run all over my face like that. When I came to Age Less they assured me it would be painless and wouldn't come back as they are properly getting rid of it.
