Also my appointment and my session and the help with the downloads and the whole process was seamless and I would recommend this place. She gave us tips on how to take pics with our #1 balloon and explained everything really well, so we felt super comfortable. Even though there were still people there past closing, Hazel and the manager/owner didn't rush anyone at all and let everyone enjoy their experience, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is that I wish we could adjust the camera angle because the camera is set pretty low and my double chin was showingggg (not their fault tho obv).
