We were informed that they were open until 8pm and did accept Medicare. We arrived at 740. Once we arrived, we were informed by their front desk they stopped talking walk ins at 12pm that day. They stated they were informed by their manager to no longer take walk ins. This should've been communicated when we called 10 minutes earlier. This clinic is living up to their 1.5 star rating. Would recommend more transparency via clinics name, receptionist and the website if you're no longer providing urgent care services for walk ins at certain times.

She said, "Your knee hurts because you've been limping." I told her I had done the RICE protocol for weeks without relief, but she told me to keep doing that and to NOT wear a knee brace, the only thing that made walking tolerable. After two more weeks of RICE, I saw a doctor who ordered an MRI and discovered that I had a torn meniscus root. Not sure why she was so dismissive of me, but I literally left in tears.

Per NM law, they have no leg to stand on if they can't provide proof they billed you in a timely manner, ultimately resulting in them eating my bill. I was not about to pay it because they couldn't be bothered to bill me timely. About 6 months ago, my husband ended up at the same urgent care even though I told him not to. Guess what? Took them SIX MONTHS to bill him. We received a bill of $10 and called prepared to pay when the guy in the line notified me we owed over $100. I said that's odd considering I have a bill here for $10 that was "sent" 4/20/26 which, again, super weird because we just received this bill in JUNE. Proof that they don't have their crap together. The customer service guy was less than helpful so I asked to speak with the "supervisor" who oddly sounded like the same guy lol only to be HUNG up on TWICE. Called back immediately and demanded to speak to him but he was suddenly out of the office literally 10 seconds later . Then the guy said they were ready to take my $10 payment and I told them to eat the bill. I would not put it past them to charge me the full amount so better safe than sorry. Also, people, medical bills can't be sent to collections by law in NM unless they are over $500. Do your research! It'll save you a lot of money when it comes to companies like this with unfair and ILLEGAL billing practices. No sweat off my back. I was ready to pay what they billed me but after the horrible way I was treated, good luck to them and hope they go out of business. Will be reporting them to the BBB also. Save yourself the hassle. Do not use these people - they also have one other location on the east side. Avoid them at all costs!

An absolutely horrid experience in every single way. The facility is dated and dirty and should be…read morerazed. We waited 90 minutes to see a doctor and there was only one patient before us, with an additional 30 minute wait in the exam room. We were told we were seen as a priority because of our "young 'un" which was totally untrue. As we waited in the waiting room, one patient came in profusely bleeding from his mouth, held together with bloody t-shirts. The other clientele were "sketchy" to put it nicely. When we finally did see a doctor he was completely incompetent. The prescription for my one-year old's ear infection was for the wrong drug, wrong dosage strength, and wrong frequency. Luckily the pharmacist caught this or else would would have been giving my son something other than an antibiotic. I would not return if I were on my death bed and could not recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

He prescribed a medication that turned out to be the exact same medication the first doctor had prescribed. It was another doctor in the ABQ health system. He had those records right in front of him. He was so sure he couldn't help me that he didn't review my records, nor try to help. Waste of time! If I had a grave medical issue this man surely would have put me one step closer to deaths door.
