I've ordered from here for years. I've never complained about anything. I recently ordered sushi from them. Not my first time having their sushi. So I know what it should taste like. Well this time they sent me bad sushi. The seafood was no good. I spent good money and decided to call and let them know. The kid who answers the phones is so rude. The owner actually came to my house to pick up the bad sushi. I had to dig the bag out of the trash. The owner told me he would refund me a certain amount but the kid refunded me a different amount. I will never order from here again and I don't recommend them! Horrible customer service and you can't trust the food. read more

I'm only giving a 1 star because I can't give zero. Over the past year their food has not been great. They have a child answering the phone and taking orders, which are always incorrect. There last time I ordered a party B platter for my boys and they said the sushi didn't taste right. They called to ask for a refund and the kid hung up on them. I ordered via grub hub. I ordered the chix wings with pork fried rice, sweet and sour soup, and a cheesesteak egg roll. The food fast than expected and the driver was friendly. Everything tasted fresh and the egg roll was the best cheesesteak roll I've ever had at a chinese take out restaurant. Every condiment was already in the bag without me having to request it. We ordered directly through Yelp: Sweet potato roll ($4.95) Cucumber roll ($3.95) Jade roll ($8.95) Shrimp Lo Mein combo platter ($8.95) 2 homemade iced teas ($1.75 each) With the delivery charge and tip, it was around $38 for everything. The estimated time of arrival was 7:19 and we got our food at 7:03. Awesome. The driver had trouble locating our house but he called and was very nice about asking for exact directions. First impression of the food upon arrival: food smelled great, it was packaged nicely, they included sauces, straws and chopsticks, etc. According to my boyfriend, the shrimp lo mein was delicious. It came with an egg roll. He said it was one of the best lo mein platters he had eaten in a while. I can't say the same for the sushi rolls. It lacked flavor, and it wasn't what I'm used to. Especially the Jade roll. It was topped with kiwi!!! I ordered that roll expecting it to be better than the two regular vegetable rolls but it was about average. I was a little disappointed. I've ordered from this place three times. First experience - I tried the sushi special - choose two $8.95 or three $11.95 - I went for the three. I ordered Spicy Salmon, Spicy Tuna and Salmon rolls. Honest opinion? They were okay - the roll was not tight enough so the filling came apart as I tried to eat them. Second experience - I tried the sushi again. This time I ordered Two rolls and an extra roll (off the regular menu). I tried the Tuna and Salmon and I ordered the Shrimp Tempura and they were delicious! Maybe they hired a new sushi chef, hmmm? Third experience - I tried the General Tso's Shrimp with brown rice. I was not a fan. The shrimp was covered in sauce and the brown rice did not taste good. Honestly for a Chinese takeout restaurant, the sushi isn't half bad! The delivery did take a longer time than expected but the wait for food was worth it. I got the cali roll, spicy shrimp roll and shrimp tempura roll with a miso soup. It did add up to around $20-25 which is an overall good price compared to other sushi restaurants. Sushi rolls are jam packed with rice and the various ingredients. The shrimp tempura roll was huge! I don't know whose mouth would be big enough for one piece to fit. Anyways, if you want good sushi without breaking the bank, order from here and I recommend ordering for the sushi lunch which is 3 rolls for $12. read more

I order food from New Panda. My order had hair in it the hair was in the batter that they fry the shrimp in. So there's no way it could have been mines. I called them and sent them a picture and they basically told me I was lying. So I had to drive all the way back up there to receive a refund which is a 20-minute Drive. Probably the best pork lo mein I've had in years. The pork fried rice was a funny yellow saffrony (not a real word, I know) color though. Not at all like you'd expect for fried rice and no egg. However, the flavor was amazing! My gripe? They don't make house mustard. I really hate those little packets of hot mustard! And whatever happened to adding Chinese tea bags and almond cookies to orders? I miss those!! All in all, even without my mustard, we will definitely order again read more

Last night was the last time I attempted to order from this place. I have endured bad experiences from this place for too long. I place an order thru GrubHub at 6:15pm and waited til 8:15 before canceling the order. Before canceling the order I called multiple times but my calls went straight to voicemail each time. Either this place was overcommitted or just just not doing business effectively. Most restaurants on GrubHub will post wait times or just flat out say they are not taking orders when they are too busy. This place just refuses to communicate. Definitely a good place to get food. I haven't tried the Japanese, but everything Chinese I've ordered was good. Place is clean, and people are nice. Egg rolls are the best we've had in forever. It's a tiny place, so you're pretty much resorting to takeout. Also, they will not take coupons if you order through online sites, because of the commissions they have to pay these sites. I first reviewed this business over a year go and had a horrible experience. I decided to try them again to see if anything has changed. For the most part it hasn't. I got delivery off of Grubhub and only two items from my order were good. The General Tsos Shrimp was good. It was crispy and flavorful. The steamed dumplings were also good. Unfortunately everything else was horrible and im talking about the sushi. The sushi rolls are almost all rice with almost no filling. i dont know how this place gets away with that. Clearly you get what you pay for and what you get for cheap sushi made by a chinese cook is 90 percent rice with a tiny bit of filling. I would almost call that fraud. Anyways i would not recommend this place still and i would advise them to stop serving tasteless over stuffed rice sushi with little filling. Only get sushi from a japanese restaurant. read more

After speaking with 3 people the owner had the audacity to say never to order from them again. We were a frequent customer but after a simple request for a refund to be told not to order from there again, this is not good business.
