Just to give you some background information I know him back when he was a small Lab in Old Bridge a one man operation. Now I understand they normally don't deal with the public and mostly with dentist offices but when I was in need of Implant Dental Surgery I insisted only for my Temporary Denture be made by Acqua-Dent, and the Dentist (Brunswick Family Dental and Implant Center - Dr. Jacob) he was NOT a client of Acqua-Dent but, they satisfied my request and had my Temporary Denture made by Mike of Acqua-Dent. Now two years later and I finally decided to get my Implants with another Doctor who uses Acqua-Dent did the extractions and were able to use Mike's Temporary Denture. Now I've had the Temporary Denture in place for over three weeks and it cracked. It is a front teeth partial denture that I can not be without use in public. I called Acqua-Dent office the next day to make an emergency appointment with Mike he was not available because of the Holiday season in preparation for there holiday vacation, I was told to call the next day. The next day came and I called no one answered but I left a message. My girlfriend saw my duress and discomfort with my cracked Denture and not being able to contact Mike, so she called while I wasn't in the room and contacted office my girlfriend identified who the call was for and mentioned is was an emergency but the person who answered the phone (Mike's Wife) said," Mike was extremely busy and would not be able to help me." I walked in and overhear the conversation after it ended and recall the Acqua-Dent office I spoke to Mike's Wife and explained it was an emergency she told me to go to the dentist but I told her I no longer used that dentist that made the mold for Temporary Denture she said very nasty he's to busy and was NOT going to see me period. I couldn't believe her unprofessionalism had no consideration of our long time acquaintance. I would be very leery to recommend this faculty to any dental office or a friend VERY UNPROPROFESSIONAL and uncaring!

I called her office and Dr. Armour took me almost right away and temporarily fixed my problem. It has been almost 2 year since I started to see Dr. Nicole Armour. I had bottom and top new crowns done, wonderful job she does! I am very happy with ALL my new teeth, and they look natural. She really holds your hand thorough the treatments, being available 24/7!! including weekends; responding in a few minutes if you have a problem or concern. I had a problem with my gums and right away they gave me an appointment and fixed my problem. You are never faraway from her while receiving a treatment at her office.
