Disclaimer: the booking form is not a confirmed appointment until you hear back. Once you speak with a representative, a link will be sent to your phone via text message and a credit card will be needed to hold your appointment. And yes, that also means that if you are late to your appointment or last-minute cancel your appointment, you will be charged accordingly.
