Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down. I do imagine the rooms is strange when you aren't in a couple's massage as there is just a curtain between you and someone else unless i'm missing something else about the room to add privacy. The massage was very eclectic - there was a mix of regular massages, use of hot rocks at times and some shiatsu. A mixture that was quite nice and yet I've never had in combo before. The clinic has a very bad attitude and people have every right to ask questions on their procedures and even what exact products are put into their faces. I was planning on spending a lot of money and planning on referring friends and family who also have money. if the receptionist can't bother to take the time to send me an email it's not a clinic I will put my face or money behind..
