Five stars off the bat! The building is super cozy and inviting. It's also part of the Aria School of Music and Art, and when you walk inside there's artwork you can buy. Very warm and cozy feel, it's basically like a house with all the charm and personality you would imagine. Employees were very friendly and made suggestions on what to get. Music wasn't too loud. The coconut frappe was a suggestion from one of the friendly ladies behind the counter. It was the perfect blend of caffeine and sweetness lol I guess I am picky with my coffees. My daughter got the plain bagel with cream cheese, and it came out on a plate and was toasted. I didn't order any food for myself, but it will be on my list the next time I come back!! I hear great things about their paninis. Can't wait to try them.

When I lived in Rochester, they had just started out as a rustic little cafe with a music school. In the last 5 years, they have now built into a fancier cafe with many more options to eat, drink, knick knacks and tea and coffee beans to buy. I was delighted to visit when I was in Rochester recently and see this development! I got their coffee with cocoa drink with an addition of peppermint flavoring. It was good. The girls working the cafe were definitely on their toes quite a bit. I used to love their hot chocolate so I'll be glad to go back for that on my next visit!

Great atmosphere. Very cozy. My cappuccino was great, didn't love the panini I ordered. For coffee and chilling I would definitely visit again.

The worker was very nice, it was very busy and she was the only one working and making all the orders and was still helpful with the menu

I had no idea how cute and homey this place would be from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. You can sit and stay awhile with your coffee and a friend, order lunch, grab some coffee beans for home or have a music lesson! There's so much love in here, you can just feel it. It gets busier toward lunch time on the weekends so go earlier to find yourself a cozy spot. I ordered a Cinnamon Bun Latte and it was very delicious! I would be very happy to stop back here during my next Rochester adventure and I think you should too!

They renovated a few months back.

I have been wanting to visit 7 Brew Coffee for some time and the experience did not disappoint…read more When we arrived on a Sunday morning the line was fairly long. It had me wondering if we were going to be stuck in the drive through for a bit. I was surprised by how efficient everything was as the workers were taking orders well ahead of the line which seemed to keep things moving. The menu has so many options I wasn't sure what to pick. I went with the Cherry Blossom Lemonade. Consisting of cherry and peach flavor in a lemonade. I chose a medium which was quite large and cost me less than 5 dollars. The drink was real tasty! I have been craving another. The ordering process was quick and easy. I think the overall time taken was a little under 10 minutes. Not much ambiance to be found as it's a drive up operation. They did have music playing and signage which initially confused me, as I thought you could get two medium drinks for 7 dollars. (Plus stickers!) the employee explained this is a special they have on the 7th of each month and it can get quite busy as who doesn't want discounts and free stickers?

The menu is online and the employee was great at answering any questions we had. There has been a line of cars at this location every time I have passed it and this time was no different. We received fast, friendly service. They offer a wide selection of drinks and food. A decent amount of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. I had kind of planned on a iced coffee before arriving since it was a hot day, but after discovering they offered more than just black tea for their iced teas I went with a strawberry iced tea. It was made from fresh brewed herbal tea and unsweetened. The perfect, refreshing sip for a hot day! My friends both opted for strawberry smoothies and said they were good.

Ok, technically it was late for breakfast fare, but if you present yourself as a coffee house/bakery, and you are open for business for another 3 hours, you really shouldn't be running out of fresh baked goods. The barista that took my order was brusque and made me feel as if I was bothering her by asking a question. The place was busy; doesn't have enough table seating; and the coffee itself was nothing to write home about. Oh well. . .there are a lot of coffee houses in Rochester. . .maybe my next one will be one I can rave about.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and what came out was a sad little squished glorified hamburger bun interupted with a tiny egg, a bit of cheese, and a thin circle of sausage. This time I had the Tuscan - egg and cheese with roasted red peppers and your choice of meat on focaccia or a bagel - on the Italian bagel, which was an asiago bagel with Italian seasoning on top. It was so flavorful! The Italian seasoning gave it a little bit of a kick. I only wish I had added cream cheese as well, but that's personal preference. My fiancee had an egg bagel toasted with Sriracha honey cream cheese and she said unfortunately the bagel tasted like it had been hanging out with other bagel flavors, but she would still come back. I also had a cappuccino that was delicious and super reasonably priced - everything was $14! It's difficult to only buy what you're coming in for since everything is homemade and well-made at that.

We tried a little bit of everything -- the shrimp and grits were rich and flavorful with just the right amount of kick, and the Pig in a Bowl was next-level comfort food. Seriously, every bite was perfection. And of course, we couldn't resist the fresh mimosas -- bubbly, fruity, and just what brunch calls for. The staff was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell they take pride in the food and the atmosphere. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated.
