I have been wanting to visit 7 Brew Coffee for some time and the experience did not disappoint. When we arrived on a Sunday morning the line was fairly long. It had me wondering if we were going to be stuck in the drive through for a bit. I was surprised by how efficient everything was as the workers were taking orders well ahead of the line which seemed to keep things moving. The menu has so many options I wasn't sure what to pick. I went with the Cherry Blossom Lemonade. Consisting of cherry and peach flavor in a lemonade. I chose a medium which was quite large and cost me less than 5 dollars. The drink was real tasty! I have been craving another. The ordering process was quick and easy. I think the overall time taken was a little under 10 minutes. Not much ambiance to be found as it's a drive up operation. They did have music playing and signage which initially confused me, as I thought you could get two medium drinks for 7 dollars. (Plus stickers!) the employee explained this is a special they have on the 7th of each month and it can get quite busy as who doesn't want discounts and free stickers? read more

This was our first time at a 7 Brew and it was pretty pleasant. They have two lanes with a worker outside taking your order while you sit in line. The menu is online and the employee was great at answering any questions we had. There has been a line of cars at this location every time I have passed it and this time was no different. It didn't take too long to get to the front though. I'm looking forward to visiting again. read more

3 drinks for $16.79 including tip. They are running a special for 2 for 9. I see why the line is long. So far we have tried the cherry limeade energy refresher, the snickerdoodle mocha latte, lemonade, bubblegum lemonade. All have been pretty good with the exception of the latter. Will definitely add this in our rotation. read more

had a lot of issues with this location, and today was especially disappointing. We waited more than 30 minutes, and we were told the iPads were not working properly for payments. Meanwhile, the inside line was moving smoothly, and several cars that arrived after us were served before we were. To make matters worse, the smoothies we received were melted. You can clearly see the separation at the bottom. We've never experienced these kinds of issues at other locations, which makes this even more frustrating. Greece, you need to do better. Customers should not have to wait over 30 minutes, watch cars that arrived later get served first, and then receive products that aren't up to standard. read more

The drive thru only coffee place is cute! Very retro like in the way that you order and get it brought to you by a person (minus roller skates). The coffee you can see online or when you get there. I didn't know how I wanted my coffee or how it would taste so I just let them recommend one. I got a tuxedo latte (white and dark chocolate) and then a snickerdoodle (Carmel cinnamon). Snickerdoodle tastes like fall and Christmas. Loved it. The staff is nice and very helpful. Would recommend! You can add foam/whip/syrups to anything and swap ingredients! read more

Tried out this new coffee place, mostly because they sent out coupons with their menu on it. Sounds like some good drinks... Two drive thru lanes, decent amount of cars... didn't see a drive thru menu... someone was painting on their windows... maybe a menu is next. Five employees were zig zagging between both lines taking orders on their iPads and grabbing orders to customers... seamed chaotic. Pulling up closer there was another seven employees inside making drinks... so many people working in this small shop, I tried their smooth 7, hot Irish cream +white chocolate breve. I'll agree with other reviews: the ordering process is weird. No app and no menu screen so you have to know what you want. That being said: they have a lot of sugar free options. More than most coffee spots. If it was closer to me, it would become a regular spot. Staff was friendly and the lines seemed to move quickly. read more

This is a just okay new Seven Brew location. I've been to a few others in New York State, and I have to say this one pretty mid in comparison. I don't know if it just needs some time to get a better flow, but we had multiple drinks made here incorrectly after ordering them correctly. The Matcha here and the fizz's have been very good, but the coffee always tastes water down, and the flavor syrup is hard to taste. Overall, not the best, but I will go back to see if there has been more improvement! read more

I went right when they opened 2 days after grand opening..I was like the first one in line...so that was nice...all the workers are hilarious and were cracking jokes about how cold it was... The first time I tried 7brew, it was at the Brockport location...I got one of the milk drinks... amazing but too many calories...so I opted for just a regular house blend iced coffee...I put the sugar-free Irish cream syrup in it...it's so nice to have a coffee shop with sugar free options. I will be coming here more often...even though I don't discriminate when it comes to coffee shops! I love all the big chains! If there is one complaint, it's the no online ordering, it can make it confusing because there's no prices to see. But if I'm going to a coffee shop, I expect to pay some money. Also, it's nice to have good old fashioned chat while ordering, in the age where it seems everyone is antisocial. read more

Never heard of 7 Brew until it opened at this location and have never tried before tiday because the lines are so long - but now I see why! This is a drive-thru only establishment so no inside ordering at all. There are 2 lines with workers who come car-to-car to take your order. When you get to the front, another worker brings the beverages out to the car. The line moved quicker than expected. I was impressed by the options on the online menu and we were very pleased with the drinks we ordered - raspberry truffle machiato and a honeybun breve. These drinks put places like Dunkin and Starbucks to shame in my opinion, because these drinks are definitely sweet but don't feel so over the top or chalky flavored. Will definitely return for occasional treats, as the drinks are a bit pricey. read more

Long, long, long drive thru lines at all times. The good news is that there are 2 long lines so you don't feel lonely! While I enjoy the new drink option of 7Brew in town, I am not the biggest fan of their ordering procedures. Location is inside Ridgemont/Wegmans Plaza. Decent size, well lit, decent hours, 2 lanes for ordering. I didn't realize they opened until recently, minimal line around 11:30am on a weekday. I have been to other 7Brew locations in Florida and enjoy the many sugar-free options! I checked out the menu online, which I recommend you do. When you arrive, they want you to check out the menu with a QR code, there was no visible menu until right up until pick-up window, but staff takes your order outside before that point. They have so many options for sauces, syrups, and drinks, I find it very stressful to order this way and would much prefer an online app, pick-up window option (maybe a me problem). Due to there being no menu visible, there are also no prices, calories, ect. listed anywhere other than on your phone. Crew was so friendly, patient, and just awesome for being outside in such terrible weather. I think this ordering is fine in the southern states, but I feel bad for crew members here. I ordered 4 medium drinks, brought out to my car so quickly - impressive! I wish the drinks were correct though - my cold brews were good - I tried the sugar-free salted caramel, coconut and sugar-free chocolate sauce options. I got a 7Fizz which is sparkling water, but it had zero carbonation, I wasn't sure whether it was actually made with flat water. I ordered a sugar free energy drink, and it was obviously made with the sugar version (obvious taste difference). My new Forever coffee place! Coffee Out of this world good. The crew OMG they found the Best people! They are outside all day so TIP them! It was good service the drinks were so good. But i need a better menu i went there for first time i looked at the menu ahead of time but i couldn't find what flavor i wanted in my fizz drink. They need more screens like on the front before you go in the drive-through to see what you want. Also they need a list of syrups on the menu. read more
