Tried out this new coffee place, mostly because they sent out coupons with their menu on it. Sounds like some good drinks... Two drive thru lanes, decent amount of cars... didn't see a drive thru menu... someone was painting on their windows... maybe a menu is next. Five employees were zig zagging between both lines taking orders on their iPads and grabbing orders to customers... seamed chaotic. Pulling up closer there was another seven employees inside making drinks... so many people working in this small shop, I tried their smooth 7, hot Irish cream +white chocolate breve. It was great... not sure how much it normally costs... or if it was worth the line...

Quick line today. I got the banana bread mocha . It was made to my custom order and was to my liking. $7.50 for a large is steep. Can't wait til they open closer to me.

I'll agree with other reviews: the ordering process is weird. No app and no menu screen so you have to know what you want. That being said: they have a lot of sugar free options. More than most coffee spots. If it was closer to me, it would become a regular spot. Staff was friendly and the lines seemed to move quickly.

This is a just okay new Seven Brew location. I've been to a few others in New York State, and I have to say this one pretty mid in comparison. I don't know if it just needs some time to get a better flow, but we had multiple drinks made here incorrectly after ordering them correctly. The Matcha here and the fizz's have been very good, but the coffee always tastes water down, and the flavor syrup is hard to taste. Overall, not the best, but I will go back to see if there has been more improvement!

I got just the regular iced coffee at this location...it's good

I went right when they opened 2 days after grand opening..I was like the first one in line...so that was nice...all the workers are hilarious and were cracking jokes about how cold it was... The first time I tried 7brew, it was at the Brockport location...I got one of the milk drinks... amazing but too many calories...so I opted for just a regular house blend iced coffee...I put the sugar-free Irish cream syrup in it...it's so nice to have a coffee shop with sugar free options. I will be coming here more often...even though I don't discriminate when it comes to coffee shops! I love all the big chains! If there is one complaint, it's the no online ordering, it can make it confusing because there's no prices to see. But if I'm going to a coffee shop, I expect to pay some money. Also, it's nice to have good old fashioned chat while ordering, in the age where it seems everyone is antisocial.

I got a small black coffee. Disgusting. Poured it out after 4 or 5 sips. Go to Starbucks.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and what came out was a sad little squished glorified hamburger bun interupted with a tiny egg, a bit of cheese, and a thin circle of sausage. Employee had zero clue what the different drip coffee offerings were, making my choice a chance of luck. I also ordered a coffee tote for the office. It was filled about 1/2 full, at best. With so many better options, no chance of going back.

This time I had the Tuscan - egg and cheese with roasted red peppers and your choice of meat on focaccia or a bagel - on the Italian bagel, which was an asiago bagel with Italian seasoning on top. It was so flavorful! The Italian seasoning gave it a little bit of a kick. I only wish I had added cream cheese as well, but that's personal preference. My fiancee had an egg bagel toasted with Sriracha honey cream cheese and she said unfortunately the bagel tasted like it had been hanging out with other bagel flavors, but she would still come back. I also had a cappuccino that was delicious and super reasonably priced - everything was $14! It's difficult to only buy what you're coming in for since everything is homemade and well-made at that.

We tried a little bit of everything -- the shrimp and grits were rich and flavorful with just the right amount of kick, and the Pig in a Bowl was next-level comfort food. Seriously, every bite was perfection. And of course, we couldn't resist the fresh mimosas -- bubbly, fruity, and just what brunch calls for. The staff was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell they take pride in the food and the atmosphere. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated. If you're in Rochester and love a good brunch (or just great food in general), Silo is a must-visit. Already looking forward to going back!

My friend and I both got a small cup of gelato. I sampled the cookie butter flavor and it was amazing! I opted for two flavors in my bowl so I ended up with cookie butter and cake batter and it was soooo good! I was surprised they had been open for 16 years when I inquired. Before leaving I decided I could get a few cookies to go to bring home for my parents. The woman who served us was very personable and i learned she loved in Rocky Mount NC for 18 years! We bonded over the fact there is no good, authentic Italian food in the south. It was a cute atmosphere with amazing prices! I was sooo surprised to learn that they had a full menu bc the dessert displays were exceptional! Thanks for an awesome experience!

The woman who was apparently responsible for being the only employee to serve both ice cream and pastries on a busy night was heard telling prior customers that they could get only one flavor ice cream with the small size and two flavors with the medium size. When it was my turn to order, I ordered the large size, thinking I could get 3 flavors. Nope, she said I could only try 2 flavors with the large, and that I am not allowed to have 3 flavors. I asked why, and this only seemed to make her ruder, as she then asked if she could serve the two people in line behind me. I don't know if she was of sound mine, because I cannot fathom how she thought it would be acceptable to serve the people in line behind me. I can only assume me she was trying to take her rudeness up to the next level so that I would get upset and leave. This young woman (a teenager?) has a lot to learn about customer service and customer psychology, because if course I told her it is not acceptable to first set e the customers in line behind him. My response appeared to catch her off guard, because she stammered and mumbled a sarcastic respond respond nse, and repeated it twice more, in case I did not hear her the first or second time. As a member of a 5th generation Rochester family, I have to say I am finding the current generation of high school and college age employees to be clueless and entitled. Many, like the one at Oriens Cafe, do not appear to care about their employer's business, as they discourage customers from returning, as a result of horrendous customer service. I am voting with my wallet, and never again will I give my business to Oriens. I will get my ice cream from Pittsford Dairy Farms, whose young employees have always been professional and provide good customer service. They motivate me to return often, as my business there seems appreciated, and they serve you literally twice the amount of ice cream for the same price.
