I was impressed with all of the staff here on my first visit and the cost seemed to be fair and in line with veterinarians and groomers that we've used in the past (I'm not a vet pricing expert but for meds, shots, exam, heart-worm test and grooming we spent $180, grooming alone is normally $60 because he's a large dog). I would definitely recommend pleasant paws to anyone looking for a vet and I'll update this review after upcoming visits if anything changes!

I received an email with pictures on the day my puppy was born and periodic emails about every two weeks with updates and more pictures. The pickup process was COVID compliant with scheduled pickup slots every 15 mins to avoid contact with a lot of other families. Christy was attentive and responsive on email and happy to answer any questions. I am so in love with my mini golden doodle!

When you arrive, you are to leave your pet inside your vehicle and go inside to register for a spot in line. Arrive early to avoid being there a long while! Once they are ready they will call your phone to tell you it's time to enter. Everyone was very friendly! After weighing my pup then we were led to a room where I stayed as they took him to have his heart worm test. When he came back then we waited a while before the doctor came in for his examination. You can buy the shots individually or pay an office visit fee to also get an examination which is what I did l. The doctor was friendly and seemed to have an expansive knowledge of different breeds. We were there a total of two hours and again it would have been longer had I not gotten there early. We will be returning as the overall fees were reasonable and much lower than our previous vet.
