I wanted a smaller establishment that would provide SoraBelle with a more intimate experience verses treating her like a random number. I had been on the waitlist for a few weeks before receiving the call that her new groomer Rachel was available. Prior to SoraBelle's appointment we received personalized messages that included reminders and pics for my groomer in prep for SoraBelle's first cut. I did not get to do the initial meet-n-greet with Rachel due to out of state travel but the hubby reassured me the drop off went really good. The feedback was Rachel seemed knowledgeable, attentive and excited to meet SoraBelle; getting on the floor for a proper hello. We opted for mobile grooming because this was during the pandemic and brick-and-mortar dog grooming places were not open. This groomer was great! She pulled into our driveway with her big truck, and she wore a mask and our dog went right to her. She is really good with dogs. It took about two hours for our dog to get a full grooming treatment (remember, our dog is super furry and hadn't been groomed for a while), but when our dog emerged from the grooming truck, he looked beautiful! His coat was literally gleaming. We were so happy. I highly recommend Wags to Whiskers for pet grooming, especially if you are looking for a convenient option (they come to you!).
