They are very professional, passionate about the work they do, amazing customer service, attention to detail, willing to help the customer in anyway possible and the outcome is always amazing !! I have brought my car into Saddle Brook Auto Body 3 xs in the last 4 years and worked with Jose the owner. Jose is amazing, super friendly, always available, very professional and takes his job and work very seriously. All 3xs I was truly impressed with the work done to my car and will never go to any autobody but Saddle Brook Auto Body. Getting an estimate from them is very simple. Jose has always been honest and upfront about cost and what they car will need inorder to look its best as if no damage was ever done to the car ! I was on vacation one of the times I needed my car fixed, Jose was extremely nice enough to pick up my car at home and drop it off once it was ready and all out of the goodness of his heart. All I can say is Wow! After getting into an accident with a NJT bus, I never would have thought this process would have gone as smooth as it did. The owner (Jose) was very professional, straight to the point and came through on everything he promised me. I got my car back in less than two weeks and the quality of work is "showroom quality"!!! Being that was my only ride with no other means of transportation, Jose was even kind enough to drop me off and pick me up from the nearest bus stop. The damages received on my car were over $5K, which was way over the quoted amount from my insurance carrier, but I didnt need to worry because that was all handled by NSB!!! All I had to do was pay my min. deductable! Gladly...LOL...Again, I cannot that them enough for such a seamless process and for Jose's honesty!!! I don't live in the Saddle Brook area and I started having car trouble. I was trying to figure out whether or not I needed to get my car towed all the way home ($$$) so I stopped into New Saddle Brook Auto Body to see if someone could take a quick look to let me know if I could get home safely. The person there (Jose, I'm assuming) was amazing. He popped the hood and told me what he thought might be going on. He told me that he would try to drive it home (back to the mechanic in my hometown that worked on the car the day before) rather than paying for a tow. He saved me a ton of time and money for absolutely no personal gain. So refreshing to just have someone help you out just because it's the right thing to do. He could've definitely charged me for his time or a million other things that I might not have needed in my desperation but he was totally honest and helpful. If I lived anywhere nearby, I would definitely be getting all my repairs done there! read more

Jose is an outstanding owner in his business with a very efficient support staff. It's best to make appointment for body work estimate. Jose's attitude is very upfront and honest, and very patient in explaining to me the amount of work involved along with the communication and approval process from my insurance. Once I agreed to give him the job, he immediately set up a time schedule for me to drop off my car and a reasonable date for completion. Along the way, I received an update on the progress of the work via emails every other day. Guess what? He even finished the repair 1 day ahead of schedule, and the quality of workmanship is top this notch. Jose took his time to inspect every detail of the repair and paint job that my car now looks practically brand new. I can't vouch for the quality of work, but based on the previous reviews this place does a great job. I brought in my new car for an estimate for a small dent on the side of the car. The estimate I received was in line with estimates from other places. The manager took his time walking me through and explaining the repair process. However, instead of pushing me to get the dent fixed, the manager actually recommended not fixing it. The repair cost was significant due to the location of the dent. He actually buffed out the scratch free of charge, and the dent was hardly noticeable. I highly recommend this place due to the great customer service. New Saddle Brook is the best body shop in North Jersey. My whole family uses them when they have any body shop needs. Jose and his team are very attentive, polite and show the best customer service. I took my car there recently as I got rear ended on 80. Throughout the whole process I would call to check on my vehicle and Tati the office manager was always very sweet and on top of every car there. She knew what was going on with my car and what steps were needed before my car was complete. Overall New Saddle Brook is a top of the line shop with state of the art equipment. I took my 2013 Mazda CX5 in for repair on Jan 25 2016 and just got my vehicle back today Feb 3rd which was actually ready yesterday for pick up. Jose, Christian and the whole gang over at New Saddle Brook Auto body are the best. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Saddlebrook Autobody. From the very first interaction to the final handoff, the staff handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I was given an estimate that was extremely fair, and the work done was top of the line, while I should mention that I did also seek an additional estimate for comparison and the other estimate was pricier. I brought in my car after accidentally backing into some sort of a steel sheet in a parking lot. There was a deep scratch near the rear car door. I am so glad I picked them. OMG. I can't believe how I was treated like I was their best friend from the first time I walked in. Months ago I brought my Jeep there for repair to my front bumper on both sides & a dent in the door. With the winter causing me to post pone several times I finally dropped off Sunday night. At first I was nervous because the guy here said my paint would be hard to match and wouldn't look exactly the same but would try his hardest...so I dropped my car off Monday night, picked it up Wednesday and omg the happiness in me was so high.
