It's interesting reading the reviews and while customer service is important and customers are spending money, my thoughts when I go in, considering where I'm walking into, not an LV store, or even a department store, basically a one owner swap meet store, I'm actually not expecting all that much, mostly know what I'm there to get, grab it and go, overpriced, obviously, poor Korean customer service, a given. This store is pretty cool, I remember coming here when I was younger so I've seen owners/management change a bit. It has a huge selection of clothing, shoes, backpacks and what they're know for- school uniform. They also sell nursing uniform. They sell a lot of the clothing brand you see at the store from the mall "Zumiez", they got stuff like Primitive, OBEY, Vanz, Converse and more! My only "complain" would be that some items are a bit over-priced, but it's a small business so what do ga expect? Employees are nice and helpful when you ask for assistance. Been looking for a store that has a unique and classic style of shoes, and we found this never regret to buy a pair of shoes at this store.

Honestly I like coming to this place because it's a hit or miss with things. They have a section for shoes that are on sale and I got my 2 year old three pair of vans for $70 about a month ago, 1 high top snoopy, and 2 low tops in a black faux leather with adjustable straps and another blue velvet. Previous to this I scored for my toddler another high top light pink and a high top black vans for $20 each. In comparison to the actual Vans store that retails each one of their shoes for $40-$45 for the toddler section I think it's amazing! Only thing is you have to pop in often in order to find these good sales Otherwise you won't run into luck. Cons to this place is the employees aren't helpful at all, neither is the owner to the location which sucks. As well their prices have gone up. When I used to shop here it was a bit less expensive to the clothing they have and shoes that aren't on sale. They would also put more shoes out on sale which is why I mostly come here. read more

I've been coming here since I was a kid getting stuff for back to school but recently I've came a few times and each time its worse then before. it's always a mess and you can't tell any of the employees from the customers. Terrible customer service. They don't say good morning or can I help you with anything. I stood in the shoe section for over 5 minutes and the man walked past me 3 times. I walked around the store looking at all of their product. I was at the cashier looking at wallets and 2 woman didn't approach me to see what I wanted in the glass. The place is well organize Store is near Home Depot and other whole stores.(kinda not walking distance) They have hundreds,sb,adidas, janoskie,chucks,HUF,supra,diamond,Nike etc.. Brands of clothing and shoes such as toms and vans... They also have dickies pants and scrubs. The only thing is the price is not really a sale price... =[ their clothing is pretty much the same as the mall prices. My personal opinion is go to the outlet u might get better varieties of clothing and shoe brands for a cheaper price. But check it out maybe you'll get a better chance of catching their sale prices. They are okay. Some times you can't find the sizes you are looking for. But the employees have always been nice and helpful.

Every single person who works here has such a horrible attitude. Their body language and the way they speak to the customers screams "I hate my job" lol. A couple days ago when I went a young girl cashier had a stank attitude during the whole checkout process and didn't say anything but my total amount. I told her "Thank you have a good one" she responded "Mhm". My mom asked a guy employee regarding a certain size of a tshirt he said "If we did have that size it'd be right there where it belongs". This place only has about 10 parking spots, but its actually pretty large and in charge inside. They have a wide selection of clothes, I usually come here for basic plain T shirts or old school cheap gym shorts, bought some for $12.99. What I like was their jean selection. I was actually able to fine my size here, I guess because the demographic is mainly Mexican, they have a wide variety of waist sizes with a 30' lenght, sorry world I was born with short legs. read more

I purchased a hundreds shirt and I didn't realize it had a hole in the bottom until 4 days later when I put it on so I went to go return it 3 days later since I saw the hole and they didn't allow me to return it because it wasn't going to be able to sale again and they gave me a hard time making it seem like I made the hole like why the hell would I make a hole in a expensive ass shirt ! These people are crooks. They don't let you do returns or exchanges even if you have the receipt. They said I washed the pants I paid $51 for and I just bought them the night before.
