Awful!! I Just wanted a simple French acrylic manicure. To start everything was dirty, nothing being used was fresh clean or even sanitized. didn't cut my nails before applying. My nails are all uneven, so my fingers look crooked, when pointing this out he did not fix them. I have glue everywhere and my top coat has bubbles in it. The worst I've Ever had!!! I AM SO UNHAPPY WITH MY NAILS! I called to make an appt and the person said to come in at 1:30.. I get there and ask for a LIGHT ACRYLIC OVERLAY and the old asian man starts to argue in his language with the other person there (how rude).... the old man literally doesn't know how to do it so another OLD MAN does my nails.... as he was removing my old acrylic he jabs the tool into my skin.. I screamed.. (STRIKE 1). Next, he took forever to remove the gel and add a THICK ACRYLIC.. which was NOT what I wanted.. he drills it down and smoothes it out.. not only did he cut me once, he cut me twice with the fast drill!!!! (Strike 2).. It hurt so much.. it was actually bleeding.. he said sorry. I was so annoyed at this point I just wanted to walk out. I had nowhere else to go for nails so I just stuck it out. Lastly, he finished with a horrible thick shape and gel polish (STRIKE 3).. Im wondering how they stay in business??? Who comes in to get cut and have crappy nails done? They dont even brush to the edges to make it look really nice. I used to come here for pedicures with my sister and the old people were really bad and slow.. on top of that it looked like the reuse the tools and just shove them back into the sanitized pouches. I'm literally inches away from filing a health dept. complaint. Save your money!! GO ELSEWHERE. Absolutely horrible, I booked an appointment for 1, for me and my twin sister and my sister didn't get told to come sit down till 2:30 ish and the guy that sat behind the counter did her nails and he did a horrible job, and I had to tell him off about it and he has a sign saying he's "professional" but come to find out no one in this salon knows how to do design and he tried charging $60 for mine and my twins nails even tho he did a shitty job on them, so I only payed $50 because I just wanted to leave and every time I made a comment about my nails to him, he would go and talk shit about me and my twin sister to the other workers and it kept happening till we left!!!!!! read more

If you go there expecting the listed prices to be what you pay, save yourself the money. They advertise $25 full set, but charged me $50. They also used gel which I didn't ask for, but they charge extra for. The nail techs there are rather inexperienced to say the least. They cut up my friends fingers, and you could see through her dark green polish. I tried to be as helpful as I could to make sure I got what I wanted, even bringing in an exact photo match. BEWARE! They do not sanitize! This place is a joke. We had an appointment for 2 pedicures at 1:30. They didn't start me until 2 and the other until almost 3! After mine were done , I watched as they used the same dirty tools that he used on my feet on 2 other people without sanitizing at all!!! If I would have known this, I never would have let them touch me. On top of that, they kept telling people to come back in an hour after they knew they were already an hour behind and had others waiting. They need to be inspected and buy a sanitizer. LOVE the older gentleman that did my pedicure. Wasn't a fan of the young girl who rushed through my manicure. She was harsh with the cuticles and one of my fingers bled and they were sore after. I feel like she did my manicure as fast as she could and then left. Two of my nails were uneven color and another employee repainted them. She didn't evenly paint my nails and didn't clean them up very well at all. Loved my pedicure, wish I would have bolted before the awful manicure. Won't be going back for manicures. I should have known when I walked in and there was not one single customer in the place but I was pressed for time ( lesson learned) the man that did my nails, the very man I had asked to please make them strong and sturdy. I guess in his language that means loose and crappy. I highly doubt he's licensed. I had to keep telling him where he was missing polish which was irritating him, then the next day as I'm headed for the airport I see that the opposite side of where I had to keep telling him he needed to paint was missing paint on all the fingers! He didn't didn't grind the acrylic to make it blend in to the natural nail do there are big ugly acrylic ridges, not to mention the clumps of acrylic he didn't clean out from under my nails. RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE*** I went to 95 deluxe about a year ago and all I was looking for was a fill and it seemed like everyone else in town was super busy and didn't have time for a walk in until I got to them. There was one other person in there and they looked at me with a face that said *Don't do it, run!!* Well desperate me asked for a fill and the rude old bitch said it would be $25 and I was like wow, that's a little steep but okay I'll just do it. So I sit down and the old man looks at my nails and wipes them with nail polish remover and asks if I had gel before I got to them. I told them yes, about a month ago, and him and the old hag started getting angry with each other in their language and the old man looks at me and says it'll be $45 and I asked for what? And he said a fill, I told him his wife said it would be $25 and she gets mad and says "YOU NEVER SAID YOU WERE WEARING GEL!! NOW WE HAVE TO TAKE IT OFF NOW ITLL BE $45!!!" I tried to take my hand back from the old man but he CLUTCHED it! He wouldn't let go of my hand!! I told him to please let go and he said "45!" And again I had to say let go, and he did, and he kept saying "GIMME!! GIMME YOUR HAND!! GIVE IT!!!" And I looked at him and said no, and I pulled away from the table and I tried asking them why the price changed from $25 to $45 in a matter of seconds and they said they charge for filling nails that already have gel on them, and to me that makes no damn sense I've been getting my nails done for 8+ years and I've never heard of such a thing. I tried telling the rude hag that we agreed to $25 and that's what I'll pay, and she said no it'll be $45 and if I want more gel it'll be $60 FOR A FILL!!!! While this conversation was happening her shit for brains husband was physically reaching over his table, trying to grab my hand and kept saying "GIVE ME!! GIVE ME YOUR HAND!!!" It has been a week and a half since I had my fill and 5 of my nails are lifting. One actually came off. I had a good visit here while visiting my mom who lives in the area. I wanted to treat her to a nice mani and pedi for her birthday. I called before coming and they were able to take me with 15 minutes. I think their prices are average for the area. Quality work. The only reason I took off one star was because there was only 2 techs working. I was told there are usually 4 though. They have a punch card which is always a nice bonus if you live in the area and will be returning. I will visit again when I want to treat my mom next time we are in the area. read more

I was skeptical, but got the "Hawaii spa pedicure" and was happy I did! My skin was as soft as a baby's bottom, and my toes looked great. I really wish I could give this place a negative star. I came in with my mom and sister to get some services done. First of all I was left with my acetone presoak to remove my gel for over 30 minutes while the guy completely forgot about me. I've never felt so unimportant at a salon like this. It seemed like they just did not care about the quality of their work. My sister got acrylics and they were lopsided and VERY poorly done after she tried again and again to get the guy to fix them. My mom wanted a star on her nail and the guy seemed bothered and he quickly put the most childlike star on her toe. It was ridiculous looking see attached picture. It seemed like they were just trying to take anyone that walked in and completely neglected the people that there were supposed to be servicing. Then when it came to payment we got charged for services they didn't even do!!! This is an absolutely horrible salon. My husband and I stopped in. They told us 5 minutes and it was 1/2 hour. That is not unusual but then they continued to interrupt our service fighting with each other and letting their dogs out. The fighting was so bad towards the end I had to speak up and ask them to stop and continue when we were gone. I then told them it was not a relaxing experience, horrible service, terrible job and was not leaving a tip. In the end they overcharged us actually ripped us off. I had to walk outside I was so angry and my husband paid and did not know better. If I was alone I would have left without paying! Do not go here there are other shops. Terrible horrible experience. They charge for every little thing and even tried to charge me for taking my previous polish off because I wouldn't get gel polish which of course costs more. Very pushy. Do NOT go here unless you want to feel degraded. I took my family 5 of us, to do 2 sets 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. Lots of money to spend in 1 place. I also make sure they have time to do everything without rushing. Been there before not the best but not worse. All fine except he , Tommy, short a tech and has to call his nephew in to help. Tommy does my pedicure , fine, does my manicure and then sits me in front of an oscillating fan to have them dry. 15 minuets I get up, damn fan cold, to get money , no no not dry. Okay sit down but I had already messed up a finger, opps. He has to fix but he has to fix 3 I did not stick my whole hand in , I'm not dumb there is no way. So this point he upset redoes the fingers says sit at fan. I do so. While waiting for my last daughter to get her set finished so I'm in front of fan this whole time. I again move away from fan mess them up. He fixes extremely upset now. Well by the time I left there 3 nails messed up again. Now I go back TOMMY acts as if it's my fault I didn't sit in front of their only way to dry nails long enough. He proceeds to have older lady, Nikki , fix it she says you have to let dry so I said so I'm supposed to stay an hour. She says no, In the meantime TOMMY is on the phone YELLING and I mean yelling. I felt so bad for the woman whom he was finishing her pedicure. I can't understand him but I know he pissed because I didn't let them dry. I left there so upset and only after she said I can go but be careful well of course as soon as I put seatbelt on both my thumb nails are messed up. I even said to her "it's not my fault " which she told him I said. It was over $150 spent in there and that's the way he treats people it was a $20 manicure fix it and move on. I was upset all night and still today because his rudeness and my nails STILL being messed up. Buy a better drier. I have never heard anyone yell they always soft talk this man was yelling. Well what can I say, but never again. I've tried this salon more than a handful of times, and even now with "new management", no improvement. Funny that with new management they still have several of the same people working there. Personally, I think they are still affiliated with the old managers (salon near Target). My greatest complaint is their bad polish. Very poor condition of the polishes, even the better brands (Opi, Morgan Taylor, etc.). I even had the manicurist admit to me the polishes go bad because they bake in the evening during summer because they don't leave the a/c on. Well I AM SICK OF THE LUMPS! To top it off, they didn't honor my full "punch card" because of the new management. Really?!? That is just plain bad business. So keep your lumpy polish, because I will not be returning for a lumpy pedi at $25 a pop, thank you very much. read more
