The burger was very good. It was cooked as ordered and came on a lightly toasted bun. The burger was separate from the bun and you had to assemble it yourself. It also came with some potato chips. The onion rings were passable but a bit oily. The chili is a full-bodied chili. It is thick and dense. The order came with no condiments for the burger but there was a tangy sauce in a cup for the onion rings. I enjoyed the burger and the chili, but the onion rings were average at best. The second time I ordered was the Philly Cheesesteak with no lettuce and no tomatoes. I also ordered a side of fries. The Philly Cheesesteak was really good and came on a nice bun. The french fries seemed overcooked, was oily, and average at best. The sandwiches at this restaurant are very good. The buns seem top-notch and the sandwiches are flavorful. The fried sides, though, are just average. I would give the sandwiches a 4, the french fries and onion rings a 2. That's why I give Zinks 3 stars. I also would've liked some condiments for the sandwiches and fries. I wish the chili would've had crackers too. I feel the Philly cheesesteak should've included some kind of side. The burger did but the cheesesteak did not. I recommend but I would pass on the fries and onion rings.

They give you the option of having the gyro meat placed in a tortilla (no cost), wrap, or pita bread. I chose the pita bread which is a $2.00 upcharge. The platter also comes with a soft drink. Everything was packed neatly in a cardboard box. They also included an extra cup of pickles, Tzatziki sauce, and an orange sauce which tasted kind of like a chipotle ketchup. The sandwich is a little messy, and it might be better to eat wrapped in the foil than to take it out of the foil. The pita bread was very soft and the sandwich was loaded with gyro meat. I really liked the gyro sandwich! It was flavorful and filling. The fries were seasoned well and were good. I didn't care for the orange sauce. It's a bit spicy and I'm not a huge fan of chipotle. It is a nice addition though that I am sure many would enjoy! Food was very good quality, decent sized portions, and a great value. I highly recommend.

He was friendly and quick; we ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and asked about the chocolate chip cookies. He told us they were totally out of the cookies. He pointed out the two deserts on display at the order window and I told him we would try out the carrot cake. Our total was $25 and we added a tip. He advised us it would be about 10 minutes for our order to come out, which we appreciated the estimate. It was about 10-15 minutes when he called us to the pick up window to grab our food. He handed us the two boxes with cheesesteaks in them with some napkins. We asked about our carrot cake and it said they were all out he apologized and gave us two brownies...unfortunately they didn't even look very appetizing. I opened my box up and was immediately disappointed and skeptical--the meat looked overcooked and dry. When I picked it up oil dripped from the bottom of the sub buns and each bite caused oil to drip down my chin it was flavorless, and the overcooked meat was hard and dry. Definitely could improve with more seasoning, less oil and some more mayo. Very disappointing. Hubby agreed and after trying the brownies he said they weren't very good either.
