I let him cut some corners as he complained relentlessly about how much work it was trying to shake me down for more $ because he let his help go. They did a good job on what they did (less than what we agreed to) so I tipped an additional $200 as I wanted to retain them and felt bad the owner got left hanging for a long time. I contacted them to do a tree trim 2 weeks ago, no reply to several texts, etc. My friend contacted them and got same day service.... maybe if I was a girl I would have been helped as fast as she was? So unprofessional after all the concessions I made because of their poor staff management skills. Would not recommend unless you enjoy poor customer service and constant complaining.

His prices were a bit higher than others but we needed our tree cut down quickly and his schedule allowed for it. Great communication , super eager to get it done. All was great. He came and cut down the tree, that was fine, but the area around the tree was left messy - not only in my yard but also in my neighbors yard. Not ideal, but not a big deal because he promised to come back the next day to grind down the stump, clean everything up, and wrap up the project. I paid him for that portion of the project and we agreed he would be back the following morning. Around 10:30 the next morning he texted me to let me know there was an issue with the stump grinder and he was working on a resolution. I never heard from him again. I called and texted with no response. Because of the mess left, I had to pay my lawn maintenance service for an extra visit to come clean up mine and my neighbors yard, and had to hire another company to come finish the project.
