My front and back yards needed a "refreshing" with a few dead shrubs, a dead tree, lots of overgrown creepers and three palms that were on their last legs. Liz and Oswaldo were here at 7:30 and worked non-stop until 12:30 and my yards look amazing. They pruned, trimmed and shaped every shrub, plant and tree, and planted 2 trees (a Chinese Pistache and a Crepe Myrtle) and three pink Breath of Heaven plants replaced the palms. Speaking of the palms, my neighbor wanted them, and Liz took the three over to her yard and planted them! My landscaping rock had broken down to dust in many areas and Oswaldo used his wheelbarrow to haul over a yard of rock from his truck to areas of the yard that needed refurbishing. The team from Sagos was fast, efficient and cost effective. Our landscaping had remained virtually untouched since the house was built in 2005. Other than my minor trimming, blowing out debris, removal of dead shrubs, fixing irrigation leaks and similar nothing had been updated. Liz from Sagos provided suggestions for new plants, removal of existing plants that were either not drought tolerant or were way overgrown, removal of volunteer "weeds" and general clean up. The estimate was reasonable and scheduled for four days. They completed all the work in just three days. They replaced four dead shrubs with Texas Rangers, added a gopher plant, added two oleanders and an ocotillo. Removed and replaced the entire drip irrigation system and completed extensive clean up of the backyard including loose debris, wind blow rubbish, and similar. The front yard and back yard look bigger. The front yard is far more welcoming. Liz and Oswaldo kept the team busy, and their energy shows. They cleaned up all the debris everywhere including the street. I will hire them again in the Spring from cleanup and preparation for the Summer heat. read more

Here is our recent experience. Last week on September 7, 2022, I called and spoke with Liz and set up an on-site assessment for the following day. She arrived on time and thoroughly inspected our front, side and back yards. She clearly explained what was wrong and how it happened. Liz is very knowledgeable and leaves no detail untouched. She arranged a repair date for 5 days later on September 14, 2022. On September 14 the whole team (4-6 people) arrived on time and got right to work. There was a lot of digging and 4 hours later our yards looked gorgeous like they were from an issue of Landscape Architecture Magazine. It was incredible. Our sprinkler system is finally running correctly after years of trial and error. All communication was crystal clear from beginning to end.
