My siblings and I popped into this laundry mat because we were around the Area. First and foremost, the wait time here is ridiculous. DO NOT go here and I mean that in the more respectful way because you will waste your time waiting for machines. We popped in and half the washers were out of order. They don't have big enough washers and they're so old that every time it's a new cycle they beep so loud. They don't have enough dryers !!! The way the set up is, you have no way to fold , walk around without bumping into someone else. The people are so rude too! My friend was folding and the worker pulled out the vacuum to clean the dust out of the machines, she just pushed his clothes aside and went over him to clean. The smell of dust was so bad and tbh I don't bother leaving a review for such a bad experience.. but I wasted about 4 hours of my time for clothes that took me 10 minutes to fold. When the machines are full, they don't even allow you to use the service machines. I truthfully do not recommend this place at all! It's very outdated, the people are rude. EVERYONE will stare at you and it's just not worth the price either. 6 minutes for a quarter, I usually get 10 elsewhere. Personally think they to renovate and work on customer service. read more

Very large place so plenty of space, plenty of machines and dryers work great get very hot 24-30 mins plenty of time to dry clothes and a sink to wash hands at along with vending machines while you wait...they have TV's but haven't been on when I'm here at least but I'm sure if asked they would....big parking lot for parking which previously was a mess and unsafe with pot holes all over it but the owner finally had it repaired! I had filled out the feedback card for the drop box they have inside so maybe they saw that! Recommend for laundry! read more

I've been here 4 times. First two times weren't so bad, but it kept getting worse after that. Third time, my husband and I went here and it was so packed that there was not a single washer available. Fourth and last time, it wasn't that packed, but for every person, they were using at least 4-5 dryers to themselves. Even after the dryers were done, they weren't emptied out for awhile. I understand people have a lot of laundry, but empty your damn dryer after you're done using it. I don't leave my clothes in the dryer if it's busy and people are clearly waiting on it. Just a common courtesy. There's also a lot of broken machines, and have been broken for awhile, so there's less machines available. There's never soap in the restroom to wash your hands, so that's gross. The people working there are ok. Not rude but not friendly. Just ok. Never come here!!!!!! An entire load of towels were stolen, as I was emptying another washer. Did not see the person. Now I have to replace towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and kitchen towels. Guess I should be thankful it was not a load of clothes. Must find new laundromat. read more

What do you expect from a laundromat? Clean floors, smiling courteous staff, machines in full operation? Well unfortunately this place lacks the basics. I've used their drop off service twice and was very disappointed. The clothes did not smell clean, and some still had obvious stains on them, possibly from watered down detergent? They also don't turn your shirts or socks outside-in, same with pants. A few change machines are out of service, I counted 4 washers and 6 dryers out of service, some missing doors and being used as storage. The place smells like sewage water. Also most laundromats are 25¢ for 10 minute drying cycle, this place gives you 8 minutes. There's broken windows, lights out, ceiling tiles missing, non working TVs. A dirty ripped couch, ripped and broken massage chairs etc. Overall this place is lacking management and is pretty run down. It's a shame too because aesthetically this place has potential with the nice ornate wood work inside. Will have to find another location unfortunately. read more

After only being here two times I will not go back this isn't a safe laundromat especially if you're a woman alone I was followed around by a man talking to himself and then speaking behind me and to me very aggressively I waited to be picked up by the counter so I was not alone and unfortunately the one lady watching the place could not do anything about this man harassing me read more

If negative star could be a rating they would get just that. They only got the one star so I could post this review. Workers very nasty especially one little lady in particular with short hair. Never any soap to wash your hands workers steal all the laundry carts use them for themselves and yell at you if you ask for one. That trait is specific to that little lady. I guess that's the special treatment you get for trying to be their customer. I could go on and on but it's pointless nothing will ever change at that place. Uhhhh never again!!! read more

At approximately 7pm, I go to pick up laundry. A young employee is there with her husky. With two patrons waiting to be helped, she can barely acknowledge them. The laundry appears, I offer her money but need change. She picks up the dog and begins speaking her language ignoring the patrons and not giving me change while I stare at her for 2 minutes. I have to specifically ask her to make change. Then I am missing detergent and have to ask for that to be returned as well. I call to speak with the owner. There is no direct line to leave a message for the owner. The girl with the dog is supposed to take a message and tells me that the owner does not want to be bothered at home and refuses to give me any direct business line to the owner to lodge a complaint. The service had gone amazingly downhill. If you expect to be acknowledged do NOT go here. read more
